Cuc Phingを訪問するのに最適のホテルです。朝食は西洋風とベトナム風の両方がブッフェ方式で楽しめます。ランチと
夕食は宿泊費とは別料金になりますが、メニューの選択肢は多いです。

Cons:

1人前のメニューが少ないので、2から3人前のメニューが多くて食べきれませんでした。一人前に丁度のメニューを増やしてほしいと思います。クラブサンドイッチは適量で、ランチに何度も頂きました。好物のPhoは朝食時にのみ供されます。

Get trapped in a money grab village with no peace for the whole evening.
Pros:

The swimming pools were ok, but the water was a bit stinky.
The mountains around the place are quite pretty.

Cons:

- Closer to 2-star than 5-star experience
- The only more versatile food place, the main building, was used for a private event in the evening during our stay. They were playing so loud and bad music, sometimes karaoke, with super loud talking on the mic in between, that you can’t even hear your thoughts inside the neighbouring building where many have their rooms. Consequently we didn’t get a proper dinner.
As an alternative they suggested to take a ride to their overpriced far away “ethnic” restaurant without any vegetarian or seafood main dishes.
- The place is a complete money grab with poor service. The small pizzas we had to eat that one time inside the resort cost as much as all our lunches and dinners outside the resort for 2 whole days!!! This is not justifiable in any way, pure greed. One can of local beer cost there 45k VND (normal price is 20-25k lol).

The rooms were large but super basic and not thought out or maintained.
For example many of the electric sockets didn’t work at all, and MANY were so loose that the plugs fell out without being touched, which is not safe for your devices + extremely annoying.

The pictures of the resort don’t represent the current state. In the pictures they use, there are different looking buildings or large buildings missing which changes the appearance of the place.
The playgrounds are partially broken, and especially one construction is really dangerous, with a whole slide missing from a tower, allowing kids to fall straight to the ground from where the slide should be attached. Great thinking.

Lazy staff. They have a bar by the pools but there is a worker usually only max 20% of the time, so you most of the time need to walk into a restaurant in your swimwear if you want a drink or smth.

Be also aware that you will need plenty of cash for the natural park and that the closest ATM is far far away (you need a taxi to reach one) from the resort or the park.

A resort worth experiencing!
Pros:

This resort is not in the luxury category; the facilities are at an average level. However, the architecture of the Bamboo Restaurant is especially beautiful, located by the resort’s lakeside. The room had a very airy balcony. On the second night, I was upgraded for free to a Bungalow room. It was quite unique — the first time I had ever seen this style of architecture.

The room was moderately spacious, facing the lake, and equipped with air conditioning. Waking up in the morning and enjoying the view of the lake from the room was very chill and relaxing. Breakfast offered many choices.

The staff here were friendly, even though their English was not very good. The guest service team was wonderful. Thank you all.

Nada, solo una linda estructura de bambú como restaurante principal

Cons:

Un hotel venido a menos, instalaciones descuidadas. Encontramos un pájaro muerto en una pileta interna, baños sucios, los bungalows con cucarachas, el personal de repente desaparece y no se los puede encontrar. No es un 5 estrellas, nos dijeron que habían 3 restaurantes, solo 1 abierto.

Resort OK!
Pros:

Không gian nhiều cây xanh, khu resort rộng, gần rừng quốc gia Cúc Phương, khí hậu trong lành. Resort không thuộc kiểu sang trọng, mọi thứ ở đây không sang trọng. Bên trong khu Resort có siêu thị tiện lợi, có quầy bánh, quán cafe, có Top bar. Chèo thuyền Kayak miễn phí. Từ khu vòng ngủ đi các điểm như ăn sáng, cafe, chèo thuyền kayak, tắm khoán nóng rất gần nhé. Gia đình mình hôm đầu không biet cứ gọi xe điện nhưng thực ra bước xuống các tòa khách sạn là tới rồi.

Gorgeous resort in a beautiful location.
Pros:

Gorgeous resort in beautiful setting. You actually don’t want to leave except you must to see all the sites Ninh Binh has to offer.

Cons:

A little too far from all the tour activities of the area. Also, the bungalows are not sound proof so if you have inconsiderately loud neighbors, good luck!
