بجد الإقامة كانت فوق الممتازة وتجربة تتكرر تاني وتالت! المكان نظيف جداً والخدمة سريعة. بس أكتر حاجة بجد فرحتنا وبسطت الأولاد هي حفلة الأطفال بالليل (الـ Mini Disco والأنشطة)، الأجواء كانت كلها بهجة وطاقة إيجابية والأولاد مكنوش عايزين الحفلة تخلص.
كمان الاستقبال من أول دقيقة في الريسبشن كان في منتهى الذوق والاحترافية، وبجد لازم أختص بالشكر الأستاذ أحمد يونس في الريسبشن، شخص محترم جداً، بشوش، وساعدنا بكل ذوق وسهّل علينا كل حاجة بابتسامة جميلة. بجد شكراً ليه ولإدارة الفندق."

"المكان بجد رائع ومتكامل. حفلة الأطفال بالليل كانت ممتازة وفرحت الأولاد جداً والريسبشن كله ذوق واستقبالهم يفتح النفس. حابب أشكر جداً أستاذ أحمد يونس في الريسبشن على ذوقه، وأسلوبه الراقي، ومساعدته لينا طول فترة الإقامة، بجد واجهة مشرفة للمكان."

Nightmare this is what could describe the stay

Cons:

Everything under estimation as it must be a 5 stars hotel and I paid almost 900 USD for nothing it didn't exceed 2 or 3 stars hotel. Too poor facilities too old decorating and furniture.
For the food experience its nothing to say I took my family and have our dinner outside as the food is too bad and almost no variety at all with very bad ingredients for both the breakfast and dinner as well.

I felt like I got stolen 😔 and for sure I hope I never booked this.
