Pros:

Één degelijk hotel met vriendelijk personeel en een prima ontbijt.

Cons:

De onmiddellijke omgeving van het hotel was niet erg levendig maar er waren wel bushaltes vlakbij.

Pros:

The staff were lovely

Cons:

Housekeeping was terrible. We had to ask for towels and toilet paper. Our room was not refreshed in the 4 nights we stayed. And it was very expensive

Good but strange experience
Pros:

Great location and great amenities, clean etc

Cons:

Receptionist came into our room an hour after we checked in. Saw that we were in the room quickly apologised and left. No idea why she came into our room after just checking us in like that: was strange.

Enjoyed our stay there. Friendly and highly professional staff.
Pros:

Clean, spacious and most importantly was able to accommodate us at the very last minute of booking. Location wise is also very central and short walk to pike market.

Cons:

It would be nice if the cleaning staff were more prompt in cleaning our room as our room was not cleaned for 4 days and only after we had to inform the front desk then the room was cleaned. It was a small issue otherwise a wonderful stay.

Final stop should have been another destination.

Ok for a short stay if you have business downtown.
Pros:

Location is great. busses stop right in front of the hotel. 10 mins walk to whole foods "steep climb coming back though". 15 mins walk to the convention center. 3 mins walk to 7/11 if you are in need of a late night snack.

Cons:

One of the elevators was not operational so we wasted a lot of time waiting for it.
House keeping is done every two days.
No wardrobe in the room.

Nice place; poor management of cleaning services
Pros:

The common space was pleasant to stay in. The decoration, furniture, and bathroom of the room. The location was perfect to access various parts of the city. Despite being close to a main highway, the hotel did not get much noise.

Cons:

The hotel's cleaning service commitments were appalling. Apparently, the hotel cleans the room every other day. This policy was not communicated through Booking to start with. Yet, I got a cleaning service only once in 6 days. Furthermore, the hotel manager was unable to secure cleaning after my first complaint. Even sending towels to the room as promised was not secured. For a room whose price oscillates between $240 and $350 per night during my stay, I don't consider it good practice. A compensation of 100$ does not match the reputational damage to the hotel and the chain.
