Pros:

Overall the stay at the hotel was very good - the room was comfortable, check in process was smooth and the hotel also had a very convenient service to store the luggage. It had a very cheap laundry service that was available across multiple floors so the washers were basically always available.

Cons:

The breakfast place at the restaurant gets often cramped as it is packed in quite a small space and the overall selection could be bigger for the hotel of such level, but generally it was ok.

Pros:

Perus siisti huone, tosin aika pienu, isompien matkatavaroiden kanssa saattaa olla hankala mahtua. Erittäin ystävällinen henkilökunta. Onsen oli mahtava, ja erittäin mieluinen yllätys olivat siellä oleva sauna ja kylmävesiallas. Saunassa ei tietenkään saanut heittää löylyä, mutta kyllä siellä istuminen ja pulahtaminen välissä 16-asteiseen veteen piristi silti mukavasti sateisessa Osakassa käveltyjen kilometrien jälkeen.

Cons:

Sijainti ei ollut varsinaisesti kaukana keskeisimmiltä turistipaikoilta, mutta silti vähän ärsyttävän matkan päässä. Metro kuitenkin kulki hyvin lyhyen matkan päähän.

天然温泉やアメニティ、フリードリンク等が揃っていてよかったです。
特にアメニティは充実していた。ナイトティーや炭酸水、ヨーグルトもおいしかった。枕も選択でき快適な眠りのためのサービスは素晴らしい！

Cons:

炭酸水はおいしかったがコーヒーはあまり好みの味ではなかった。
メイクの時照明がもう少しほしかった。

連泊しました。温泉に入れる時間が長いため1日に3回入りました。3日間雨だったので濡れて帰った夜冷えたからだが温まりました。そしてウエルカムドリンクもいつでもあるので温かいコーヒー何杯も頂きました。スタッフの方も親切で朝食も美味しかったです。
