Fijne locatie
Pros:

Mooie locatie, prachtig uitzicht, fijn balkonnetje, aardig personeel, kamer was netjes, bed was goed, ontbijt prima. Redelijk rustige locatie geen hectische gekheid van de toeristen. Restaurant was zeer goed.

Cons:

Voor het zwembad moest je naar een ander andere accommodatie, beetje gedateerd, het rolluik bij de badkamer was met geen mogelijkheid naar beneden te krijgen.

Colazione abbondante e con prodotti locali a km zero, spesso citata come uno dei punti di forza della struttura.
Camere pulite, confortevoli e ben curate, alcune con balcone e affaccio sul castello o sulla valle.

A dreamy location with wonderful staff and immaculate rooms—we couldn't have asked for a better stay!

Esperienza deludente per foto ingannevoli, ma ottimo il ristorante.

Il ristorante è stato senza dubbio il punto forte del soggiorno: cibo ottimo con prodotti tipici della zona e prezzi davvero eccezionali. Il personale di sala è stato piacevole e la pulizia generale della struttura era abbastanza buona.

​Punti critici:
Nessuna e mail di conferma o di definizione oraria da parte della struttura. La presentazione della struttura su Booking è estremamente fuorviante e crea molta confusione. Le foto mostrano ambienti e servizi (come la piscina) che in realtà appartengono a un'altra struttura adiacente e non all'albergo in cui si soggiorna.
​Al nostro arrivo la stanza assegnata era molto piccola, datata e del tutto diversa da quella prenotata tramite le foto dell'annuncio. Segnalato il problema alla reception, ci è stato detto che esistono due tipologie di "standard" (cosa mai specificata su Booking) e, anziché scusarsi per l'incidente, ci è stato chiesto un supplemento di €40 per spostarci nella camera effettivamente pubblicizzata.
​Prima dell'arrivo abbiamo anche provato a contattare la struttura al telefono per diversi giorni ma senza mai ricevere risposta. Mancanza di trasparenza e gestione del cliente davvero poco professionale.

die Zimmer sind mehr als ausreichend größe passte optimal
das Hotel der Service das leckere Essen und das nette Personal war genial und immer zuvorkommend und freundlich

Sehr schöne Lage für Ausgangsziele, Riva nah aber aushalten des Trubels. Was man wissen muss… Straße ist genau von Hotel… Familiengeführtes Hotel sehr angenehm hat uns sehr gut gefallen…. Wünsche werden alle erfüllt.

De ligging, het vriendelijke personeel, goede ontbijt. Het eten is fantastisch.

Cons:

Het douchegordijn. Maar dat was ook alles. Elke dag werd de kamer netjes schoon gemaakt. Dus daar konden wij ons wel overheen zetten.
