We had an enjoyable stay at KL Serviced Residences. Will book again in the future!
Pros:

Location is good. There’s a Sunday market right across with lots of food and stuff being sold. Near Greenbelt Mall. Lots of restos and convenience stores nearby.
Staff/guards/maintenance are helpful and courteous.

The property is in a great location. Staff is awesome.

Property is getting old and maintenance is soso

Couple of concerns in the studio i stayed in.
There is a lack of AC cover. There is only one AC in the studio, its in the living room. That AC isnt very strong so it takes hours to cool the place. It also points away from the bed area meaning it isn't really cooled down. Prepare for a very hot night.
No TV channels in my unit (don't watch much but still...).
Lack of utensils, corkscrew, can opener etc not provided

Perfect spot if you are staying in Makati area. Quiter side and laid back. Greeneries outside
Pros:

Location and laid back atmosphere. Walking distance to a mall. Outside the building there’s a park where you can check out the weekend market. Staff are courteous and attentive. There’s a bank, 24hr convenience store and nail salon next to the building. Area is quiter.

Cons:

This is my second stay at this facility. 1st room I booked is newer and cleaner. Room where i stayed at recently appears old and a little bit dusty. Needs some touch up.

Kann man machen.
Pros:

Lage in Makati ist super. Schnell vom Flughafen zu erreichen, an einem Park gelegen. Green Belt Mall in der Nähe. Das Frühstück für Hotelgäste im Bistro nebenan war super.

Cons:

Es ist alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Keine Möbel auf dem Balkon.
