Pros:

スタッフの方がとても親切で、接客態度が素晴らしかったです。
おかげさまでホテルを出るときも戻ってくるときも気持ちいい気分で過ごせました。

施設内も綺麗で、落ち着いて過ごすことができました。

交通方便、房間便宜、有溫泉能泡。
Pros:

離車站超級近，AMU PLAZE的其中一個北側出入口離飯店僅200公尺，於是我一個下午重複了"把購物袋買滿→回飯店卸貨"這樣的行為三次哈哈哈，對於這樣進進出出的我，櫃檯工作人員每次都能微笑迎接，真是素質強大。買到腿痠了還有頂樓的溫泉可以泡，回血之後又可以征戰商店街跟藥妝店，讚！

Cons:

退房時間10點前，房間不大，但以市區來說很正常。

駅から近い場所にあったので、普通に良かったと思います。
Pros:

天然温泉があったので、ゆっくり温泉に入れたのが
よかった！！女性のアメニティが充実されていた。

Cons:

メールでオンラインチェックイン案内が来ていて事前登録したのに…結局いつも通りの名前記入のチェックインだったのは何故か分からなかった。

快適でした
Pros:

ウェルカム焼酎には驚きましたが、おいしくて大分らしくてたいへんよかったです。外では酔ってしまったら不安ですが宿だから安心して飲み比べできました。
スリッパに使い捨て中敷きがあるのも安心できました。

Cons:

ダブルの部屋に2人で泊ったので、荷物を置く場所がもう一つ欲しかったです。最近はウイルスやトコジラミの被害を耳にするので、床に荷物を置かないようにしているので。
もっともこれはフロントに希望すれば対応いただけたかもしれませんね。

コスパ最高。初めてアリストンを使ったが今後も利用したい。
Pros:

朝食の素晴らしさに感激した。琉球やその他の大分名物が食べられ、朝から満腹になってしまった。また、最上階に温泉があるのも素晴らしい。駅からは近い。コスパは最高でないか。

Cons:

マッサージを頼もうとしたら、予約が多く、滞在夜は対応できないと断られた。何社かメニューを持っていていただければありがたい。

大浴場（温泉）とサウナがあり超整いました。
ウェルカムドリンク（焼酎）も最高！

Cons:

女浴場の露天風呂の温度が熱すぎて下半身しか入れなかった。

WE LOVE THE PLACE. WE LOVE THE STAFF. THE LOCATION WAS EXCELLENT. IT WAS VERY ACCESSIBLE. THE STAFF WERE KIND, POLITE AND VERY HELPFUL. THE ONSEN WAS WONDERFUL. WE HOPE TO RETURN AND STAY IN THIS SAME HOTEL AGAIN. BREAKFAST WAS VERY GOOD.
