Amazing stay
Pros:

Everything!! Staff were amazing, room and view (suite sea view) were unreal, a real home from home feel. Location at the Lido was great also, nice and relaxing and then only 20 mins walk into Funchal too.

Cons:

Occasional smell of drains reported, which maintenance team fixed within 20 minutes of calling reception!!

Loved it! Definitely will stay again
Pros:

Staff was very friendly and attentive. They allocated the room with the best view to make our experience memorable. The location is perfect and the dining place is very good. Great pool side area facing the seaside. Very relaxing.

Cons:

The airconditioner is in the coridor which makes it less effective and it can get very hot during peak summer time.

Pros:

Magnificent view over the Atlantic Ocean. Hotel grounds really give the tropical vibe that immediately brings you into a vacation mode. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, from the reception desk to the restaurant and even the housekeeping staff. That all attributed to a feeling you’re very welcome as a guest.

Wonderful stay at this hotel
Pros:

Great views, large room with balcony, lovely staff

Cons:

Bed was too hard for me. Breakfast was excellent but main restaurant a bit average for the price

Cons:

2 diners au restaurant, le 1er au début du séjour, le 2nd à la fin du séjour. Pour quasiment les mêmes plats, rien à voir dans la qualité. La 2nde fois, les plats n'avaient aucune saveur, et on a eu l'impression que le chef cuisinier n'avait rien à faire de nos remarques.
le barman, chauve, n'était pas accueillant du tout.
