Un Angolo di paradiso
Pros:

Mi e' piaciuto tutto! Grazie ai ragazzi della reception e a tutto il personale, sempre gentile senza essere invadente. La posizione perfetta per riposare e fare una nuotata prima o dopo aver esplorato l'isola. La vista dalla camera bellissima e addomentarsi col suono delle onde del mare impagabile. Colazione top! E' stata una vacanza favolosa. Grazie anche per i graditi omaggi a inizio e fine soggiorno.

Cons:

Se proprio dovessi cercare il pelo nell'uovo le camere non sono molto ben insonorizzate, due volte ci siamo svegliati per i rumori dei vicini, ma non e' certo colpa dell'hotel.

Eine sehr schöne Woche auf Madeira verbracht!
Pros:

Super Lage direkt am Atlantik. Frühstück mit Blick auf Funchal und den Atlantik. Personal zu jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit! Hotelzimmer groß und der Balkon nicht vom Nachbarn einsehbar durch den Rundbau.
Der Pool ist schön und schnell zu erreichen. Der Meerzugang ist auch toll!Die Anlage ist gepflegt mit schönen Blumen! Unbedingt durch angebotene Ausflüge über das Hotel die Gegend anschauen oder Mietwagen buchen ( nichts für Angsthasen, da SEHR bergig)! Die Insel ist wunderschön und abwechslungsreich!

Cons:

Abendessen im Flor do Mar etwas zu teuer für das gebotene Essen.
Die Silikonfugen im Bad müssten alle mal erneuert werden.

Tolles Hotel direkt am Meer
Pros:

Tolles, großes Zimmer direkt am Meer, sehr gutes Frühstück, kann auf einer Terrasse direkt über dem Meer eingenommen werden. Sowohl Frühstück als auch Pool nie überlaufen (Reisezeit Juni), direkter Zugang vom Hotelbereich über eine Treppe ins Meer. Getränke im Kühlschrank wurden mehrmals kostenlos nachgefüllt, es gab Begrüßungs-Geschenke und -Getränke und zwischendurch wurden uns auch nochmal Kleinigkeiten bereitgestellt. Parken kostenpflichtig an der Straße (Mo-Sa, 08-20 Uhr, 0,56 € pro Stunde), auch hier gab es im Juni keine Probleme einen Platz zu finden. Gegenüber liegt direkt ein großer Supermarkt, hier hätte man auch noch kostenpflichtig parken können. Viele Restaurants und eine schöne Promenade in der Umgebung. Bushaltestelle mit Verbindung nach Funchal direkt um die Ecke (Ticket 2,05 € pro Fahrt).
Gehobeneres Hotel, in dem Personal und Gäste aber sehr entspannt und nicht abgehoben oder übertrieben schick unterwegs waren. :)

Cons:

Auf dem Bürgersteig vor dem Hotel roch es leider während unseres gesamten Aufenthaltes stark nach Urin.
Unser Zimmer hatte eine Verbindungstüre zum Nachbarzimmer, die zwar geschlossen war, die Akustik kam aber trotzdem rüber (Fernseher, Gespräche, Musik etc).
Der Fitnessraum war sehr spärlich eingerichtet (2 Laufbänder und Kurzhanteln).

I am so glad that I expanded my search beyond Funchal and found this piece of paradise.
Pros:

The view from our hotel was excellent, over looking the north Atlantic sea and I can hear the waves from our little balcony. The room was clean, breakfast was very good, hotel facilities are great.
Above all, the staff from the hotel are all super friendly and accommodating that you'll really feel welcome and appreciated.

None.

Cudowny pobyt
Pros:

Cudowna lokalizacja- widok na ocean, szum fal, blisko do miasta, miła, uczynna obsługa. Polecam.

Cons:

Proponuję zakupić suszarki na balkony- nie ma gdzie rozwiesić mokrych strojów i ręczników.

Pros:

Établissement idéalement situé dans un quartier hôtelier. Le personnel est extrêmement agréable et attentionné, avec une petite attention appréciée dès notre arrivée.
Le petit-déjeuner particulièrement varié et généreusement achalandé, le tout avec une superbe vue.
Les infrastructures sont également de grande qualité : piscine, accès aménagé à l’océan, salle de sport, restaurants, etc.

Cons:

il nous a été impossible de réserver une nuit supplémentaire alors que des disponibilités apparaissaient sur Booking, probablement d’un malentendu ou d’une erreur de compréhension.

We had a wedding anniversary during our stay and it was notified during our stay. It was so nice, thank you for that.

Lady at the restaurant lobby guided us a lot about things to do in Madeira. She was so polite and helpful! Thank you :)
Booking a rental car by her was so quick... car was waiting for us after only 25 minutes from booking at the hotel gate!!

Cons:

Beds and pillows were slightly too hard to my taste.

Bel hôtel bien situé tout ce qu’il faut à disposition pour un séjour agréable
Pros:

Magnifique hôtel avec une forme et couleur qui se marient bien dans le paysage. Le site est absolument superbe, le restaurant avec vue sur l’océan est splendide aussi et le buffet petit déjeuner est varié, il y en a pour tous les goûts.
Possibilité de se baigner dans la mer et dans la piscine.
Merci à Booking.com pour l’apéritif offert ainsi que l’up-grade de la chambre, nous avons apprécié 😊👌

Sehr angenehme Urlaubswoche
Pros:

Sehr umsichtiges Personal, tolle Lage (man muss aber 35 min ins Zentrum von Funchal laufen) am Meer, sehr aufgeräumt, viele Angebote, faire Preise, kostenfreies Refill der Minibar, viele Aufmerksamkeiten (ausführliche Vorstellung des Frühstücksablaufs beim ersten Mal etc.)

Cons:

In den Partynächten hörte man teilweise von umliegenden Einrichtungen je nach Wind auch etwas Musik - das aber nur als Hinweis zu verstehen. Die Zimmer sind bei geschlossenen Fenstern ruhig (und nur die Klimaanlage ist zu hören)
