A szálloda elhelyezkedése. Közvetlen part.. Csodálatos panoráma.

Cons:

Az 5* -os szállodához a bútorok elavultak,.
Fürdőruha száritására nincs lehetőség, mindenkinek az erkélyen lévő székekre kellett teregetni.
Labdarúgó világbajnoki döntőt, csak a bárban lehetett nézni, ahol kis kivetitő és kevés hely volt.

Excellent emplacement, vue sur mer. Personnel agréable et très réactif. Chambre spacieuse et propre.

Cons:

Le service de pressing est largement trop cher, compter 60€-80€ pour laver l’équivalent de 3 t-shirts, 3 sous-vêtements, 3 paires de chaussettes et 2 shorts.

Facturer les bouteilles d’eau lors du dîner buffet est une aberration quand on paye déjà 38€ pour un buffet qui devrait plutôt coûter autour des 25€.

Le petit déjeuner présente peu d’options sans gluten ou pour les végétariens. Pour un 5 étoiles c’est dommage…

Pros:

My wife and I came here for our honeymoon and it was lovely! The staff upgraded our room free of charge and gave us some lovely special gifts for the occasion. Breakfast was great and the sea swimming was accessible and fun.

Pros:

Amazing location, extremely nice staff. Variety of breakfast. Particularly enjoyed the cliffs and being able to swim while also enjoying sun. Pool restaurant were also good!! Can highly recommend for anyone going to Madeira. Great restaurants nearby!

Amazing staff, beautiful hotel, gorgeous facilities but parking a bit expensive.
Pros:

Amazingly friendly staff, beds were extremely comfortable, beautiful facilities, good location & all you need for a brilliant stay in stunning Madeira. Breakfast boxes for a very early check-in are a genius idea.

Cons:

I would have to try very hard to find something negative, but one point is, the parking is a bit on the expensive side.

I would definitely return.
Pros:

The hotel was lovely and our room was very spacious. We loved the pool area and its was so good being by the sea but only a 10 taxi ride to town .

A return visit to a place we have come to adore
Pros:

Location is perfect for sea access and great walks along the coast. It's a quick bus/taxi ride to the marina and down town Funchal. Views are great and it has all the facilities one would want.

Cons:

There are no adequate facilities to allow one to shower and change when staying beyond the checkout time. The property allows one to remain on premises and use the pool, restaurants, sea access, etc. but the shower is a simple shower designed for pre/post-sauna -turkish bath, and there is no change room available. They remodelled the spa area and could simply have put in a small change room too.

Pros:

The location was excellent, with a very easy bus connection to the city center. There was convenient parking available, and the beach was just a short walk away. The combination of great transport links, easy access to the sea, and a peaceful atmosphere made our stay very enjoyable.
