Rooms didn't match with photos and the rate of the hotel.

Cons:

Rooms were very dirty with red marks, bedsheets were very dirty with hair and marks. Washroom had a very dim light. There was no hot water. Booking.com mentioned we have free shuttle to the airport, but when we asked them they denied at first but when we mentioned we have "free shuttle" mentioned in our booking, only then they agreed to give us one.

Pros:

As a foreigner, if you are looking for something, think twice. This plaza was terribly dirty. Especially washroom which is a necessity. Even when I asked to have clean bathroom and room, it’s just has molds, brown spots. I had to check out right away despite the staff were nice, and they were not how to help. Overall the hotel needs a deep with some renovations, but if you are able to handle an unhygienic place, then fine, as a foreigner, it wasn’t something I could handle. The location is good too.
