Our room was flooded. They alerted us and re-directed us to a nearby hotel in an outstanding room and offered us dinner to apologise for the inconvenience. VERY friendly and customer oriented staff. I also liked their approach to serve dinner at long tables that you share with other hotel guests. Dinner was excellent!

Apprendre le jour J que ma chambre n'est pas disponible et me faire dormir dans un hôtel de remplacement lors de mon arrivée à 21h est vraiment plus que limite.
Il aurait été plus correct de me prévenir en avance. Quand on réserve un hôtel on achète la tranquillité. Une remise ou autre aurait été le minimum.

Le petit déjeuner est merveilleux.
L’hôtel est propre et refait à neuf et garde ce charme des villages alpins.
Le personnel est sympathique et présent même pour une arrivée tardive.
Le parking est un peu juste, mais un parking public est disponible plus haut dans le village.

Great alpine atmosphere, staff, views and even guests. Full of generosity and kindness, like a mountain cabin but with facilities of an alpine lodge. Hope to get there again.
