Soggiorno eccezionale! Ritorno di sicuro
Pros:

Ci e' piaciuto tutto. La stanza era essenziale ma abbastanza spaziosa e molto pulita. Bagno piccolo ma con doccia commoda e spaziosa e fornita di tutti i prodotti da bagno inclusa crema corpo. Albergo ha la sauna e jacusi inclusi in prezzo e dopo l'escursione era molto rilassante. Una colazione cosi varia e abbondante ho visto solo negli alberghi 4 stelle in grandi citta. C'era di tutto e di piu per ogni gusto. Molto particolare e' la cena servita al tavolo grande dove erano seduti tutti gli ospiti. Questo ci ha permesso a conoscersi e a chiaccherare durante la cena. Una cosa insolita e' che il vino era incluso nel prezzo della cena (modico a mio parere, 30 euro). Lo staff e' molto gentile ed accogliente e ha fatto di tutto per farci sentire come a casa nostra.

Cons:

ingranderei il parcheggio ma non e' realistico nelle condizioni di un paese di montagna. Comunque siamo sempre riusciti a parcheggiare a fianco dell'albergo col aiuto del personale.

Lovely welcoming and cosy lodge with great food and ambience!
Pros:

We had a great time here and loved the views from the rooms, the excellent food at breakfast and especially dinner (and lovely wine) and the general warm and friendly feel of the place. Lots of advice on what to do and how. Good hikes and biking nearby. Loved the honesty bar concept and the cosy candlelit feel of the lounge area.

Cons:

We had booked 2 family rooms but not sure that's what we got as one room was a twin/double. We made it work as we split ourselves up differently but it wasn't really what we'd asked for. We went with it though as were only there for 3 nights and they were fully booked.
The honesty bar was great but they could have done with more mixers (tonic/soda etc) for the excellent array of spirits they had!

La posizione, ottima per camminare nella parte media della Valtournanche , Buone colazione e cena

Cons:

La mancanza dell’ascensore obbliga a fare tante scale, non va bene per le persone con difficoltà motorie. Qualche difficoltà nel parcheggio auto. Mancano in stanza bollitore, frigobar , televisore , armadietto in bagno, bicchiere per spazzolino e dentifricio

Prenoto la cena con condivisione delle intolleranze e scopro soloin fase di check in che la cena non è disponibile .
Nessun problema se ci fossero tanti ristoranti in zona ma purtroppo non era così almeno nel periodo in cui siamo andati noi

Un pezzo di mondo ai piedi del cervino
Pros:

Struttura accogliente e ben tenuta, l’hotel offre servizio cena in tavoli condivisi, è un bel concetto che stimola la conoscenza di persone nuove e la condivisione di esperienza. Sia cena che colazione eccezionali. Avevamo una camera quadrupla, sostanzialmente una suite, con letto matrimoniale, due divani letto da una piazza e mezza e divano. Finestra con vista sulle montagne e bagno grande e molto bello. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. Davvero una bella esperienza

Pros:

Imagine staying in a welcome and cozy lodge in the Alpine Valley just below the majestic Cervino. Although it is mid August, the air is fresh, you sleep like a rock under a soft down cover and during your stay you have the opportunity to meet other guests, who are interesting people from all over the world. You are served an amazing array of excellent food at a breakfast buffet and have the possibility to dine at the hotel and enjoy dessert with candlelight or outside on the balcony under a night sky. The staff is kind and available for help, but not intrusive. It felt like we were welcome guests in a home away from home.

Good price for location, but you get what you pay for.
Pros:

The location was good, and the dinner served in the main dining room was satisfactory. The price of 30 EUR per person for dinner with bottles of wine (red and white) to share for the table was fair. The food was good, but not something to write home about.
They kept our large bags at the property for free while we went to hut-to-hut hiking for two days, which was very helpful.

Cons:

The room was small, and the shower wasn’t great. The toilet smelled bad, and there were minimal power sockets. They didn’t hold the weight of a small USB charger, so I had to improvise to keep it in the socket.

When dessert was served after dinner, our table wasn’t informed that it was self-service from another room. I suspect it was a cheap ice cream from the supermarket from the way it melted. Not proper ice cream. To our surprise, it was ice cream, and by the time our table realised, it had melted and looked sad after several people (I'm guessing 20+) had helped themselves.

The car park was incredibly difficult to use because the property is on a main road, on a corner, and on a hill. The kerb they installed made it even harder to park. The owner will help you direct, but it could be better if they arranged car parking properly.

Pros:

The best hotel I have ever stayed at. Starting from the hotel itself, the staff was so beyond lovely and the food was the best we've ever had. Breakfasts and dinners were so excellent and abundant we didn't go anywhere else for food. The beds were also super comfortable. Spa was super nice as well. No other hotel has ever exceeded my expectations like this one. 100/10! I'll definitely be back.

En toppenvecka med fina vandringar och fantastiskt god mat!
Pros:

Vi hade en supertrevlig vecka med Micke och hans personal, bra läge och nära till kollektivtrafiken som fungerade utmärkt att ta sig emellan utflyktsmålen och andra närliggande orter. Stor frukostbuffé och fantastiska middagar om man väljer halvpension - supertrevligt med gemensam middag för dom som valt halvpension, och jag lovar att du inte behöver gå och lägga dig hungrig.

Cons:

Läget är svårt att ändra på, men tidvis ganska trafikerat utanför knuten vilket gör det lite ljudkänsligt. Själva "grundstädningen" kunde varit bättre, men i övrigt daglig städning, vilket uppskattades.
