Great value for money and fantastic location.
Pros:

Location was fantastic and the room was very clean. Great dining options within walking distance. Woman on reception was very friendly and informative.

Cons:

A little noisy. Traffic was clearly heard. Could hear people using bathroom facilities in other rooms. Could hear water running somewhere inside the ceiling or walls?

Great location, amazing for pets and grass conveniently located across the road
Pros:

Convenience and location plus being able to bring my puppy with me was amazing

No onsite parking for EV’s and the lounge was perhaps a little small otherwise really good

Great stay
Pros:

Loved my stay here!
The hotel is very new and very easy to access for the Parnell station or a short walk to cbd.
Quite and safe neighborhood better than cbd which is now full of homeless people!
My room was large comfortable and very clean. The complimentary coffee and tea were very nice!
Staff were very efficient and friendly.
Also because the hotel it is on hill you can use the elevator to ground floor and then a side door that get you to close to beach st to cbd. Very convenient! Highly recommended
Just be aware that night hours the hotel don’t have staff but they do have a phone to call.
