Расположение великолепное, для Нячанга в меру тихий район. Из окна красивый вид на море. Наличие балкона это плюс. Отель компактный - именно такой и искали. Lotte mart рядом и это здорово - обеды на фудкорте обеспечены, выпечка разная. Пляж 5 мин хотьбы и это не самая загруженная часть пляжа, а если отклониться в сторону Института Пастера вообще людей почти нет (возле Лотоса яблоку упасть негде). Далековато от центральных мест развлечений, но для нас это был плюс. В меру тихо в отеле и комфортные номера, хоть и не супер современные. Второй бы раз снова выбрала этот отель, не смотря на ряд минусов. Завтраки не входят, но сразу же направо и налево от входа в отель можно купить кофе и вкусную вьетнамскую street food (напр., бон ми). В номере чайник и маленький холодильник. Приятная улыбчивая хозяйка, которая знает русский язык - иногда это спасало...
Уборка только по вывешенной табличке, но уборка не всегда включала мытье полов. Балкон ни разу не помыли. Смена полотенец при уборке постоянно, а вот со сменой постельного белья сложнее, мы так и не поняли почему... Надо было ходить и просить отдельно. В итоге за 19 ночей пребывания 1 раз только сменили. В номере были муравьи - хорошо брала средство борьбы с ними с собой, однако все равно было неприятно, так как не оставишь ничего на столе и не дай бог капнешь соком с фруктов на пол.
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The receptionist was extremely professional, spoke excellent English, and was incredibly kind and friendly. She made me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I also want to mention how professionally a small issue was handled. Rather than focusing on the problem itself, I was impressed by how quickly, calmly, and efficiently the staff resolved it. Their excellent customer service and genuine care made all the difference.
I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

vị trí khách sạn cụng gần biển, ngay mặt tiền đường. Phòng cho 2 người lớn, 1 em bé rộng rãi, nhất là phòng tắm rộng, tuy ko có bồn nhưng rộng nên tắm cho bé cung dễ dàng. mình đặt phòng có ban công nên thoáng mát nhưng mà ko nhìn thấy biển nha, do bị mấy toàn nhà trước che roy, chỉ thấy ít ít thoy. Trang thiết bị trong phòng đầy đủ đối với ks 3*. Các bạn nhân viên cũng thân thiện, hỗ trợ nhanh khi có vấn đề. Giá rẻ nhưng nhìn chung chất lượng cũng ok, tạm được
gia đình mình đặt 4 phòng ở 4 tầng khác nhau do muốn có view ban công, duy chỉ có phòng 301 ở tầng 3 là bị trục trặc đủ thứ như bị hư máy lạnh, phòng thì ko có tủ lạnh nữa. Đặt 4 phòng mà 3 phòng có, 1 phòng ko tủ lạnh. Nước uống đáng lẽ phải chuẩn bị trước trong phòng và nên chú thích cái nào free, mặc dù khi checkin thì bạn lễ tân có nói là nước trong phòng tính tiền, nước free thì o dưới lễ tân. nên muốn uống thì phải xuống dưới lễ tân lấy chứ ko có sẵn trong phòng nhưng mình thấy ks nên chuẩn bị trước trong phòng cho khách chứ nhiều khách ko để ý hoặc ko hiểu thì cứ uống nước de sẵn nhug có tính phí trong phòng. Có thể đó là 1 kiểu kinh doanh nhưng khi hiểu rõ thì ko thích điều này cho lắm. Wifi thì có cũng như không ah, ko dùng dc đâu

Great location for sightseeing. Near the beach & other tourist areas. Walkable to the night market. The roof has a nice view of the water. Staff super helpful
Отличное месторасположение, 1 квартал до моря. Вода бесплатно на рецепции в стеклянных бутылках. Рядом много магазинов, кафе. Уютный маленький отель.
У нас был 2 комнатный номер. В одной комнате не было зеркала, но был шкаф. В другой наоборот)). Нет полноценной кухонной зоны. Нет приборов, тарелок, стаканов, сковородки и т.д. Плохо регулировалась температура воды в душе. И много других мелочей, которые создают настоящий комфорт.
Отличный район и сотрудники на ресепшене, все необходимое есть в пешей доступности.
По просьбе дали плитку для готовки, кастрюлю и сковороду
Комплектация кухни оставляет желать лучшего, холодильник совсем не о чем...такое жилье для семей с детьми подойдет на короткий срок

The room was comfortable and clean. The water pressure was weak, but there was hot water. There is no soundproofing at all.
There are several people working at the reception. The young women were very friendly, but the man was incompetent — it took him a long time to find my booking confirmation, and he couldn't explain what the problem was. The situation was eventually resolved, but it was quite stressful.
