Nice location, comfy stay, yummy breakfast buffet, nice pools, jacuzzis, good sauna, nice scenery.
Pros:

Nice location overlooking the Ocean. Nice coastline for looking around on the rocks. Beautiful pools, etc. Breakfast buffet was great. Location around was nice for restaurant attractions. I think it was one of the nicer hotels on the island.

Cons:

Jacuzzis should be warmer.

הנוף מהחדר לאוקינוס מדהים (לקחנו חדרים עם נוף לאוקינוס).
החדר נקי.

Cons:

הצוות לא דובר אנגלית
המיקום - אין מסעדות ובתי קפה במרחק הליכה, ואין חוף רחצה.
יש רק מסעדה אחת במלון עם תפריט מוגבל.
המיטה בחדר צמודה לקיר.

Comfy and luxurious for a modest price
Pros:

It’s well maintained and really outstanding. The location, although not very well communicated, it’s beautiful.

Cons:

The hotel is not in a tourist area, which means there are few dining options around. We tried to order room-service (take out as they call it) and they were out of options both days of our stay.

Awesome stay
Pros:

The family ocean view room was awesome. Room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable as well. Best part of it all was our room faces the ocean view which was very beautiful.

High price for mid end hotel
Pros:

Location is beautiful.
Facilities is still new and nice.

Cons:

Check in and out is a hassle, not up to standard like other high end hotel, or even the lower end one.
Need better service or if there is no service, might as well be a self service apartment.

Pros:

친절하신 직원들덕에 편안한 여행이었습니다. 수영복 안챙겨와서 너무 아쉽더라구요.

Cons:

협탁에 먼지가 있었고, 객실 들어갔을때 락스 냄새가 많이 났고, 화장실 휴지가 너무 얇고, 여유화장지가 젖었다가 말랐는데 그런걸 놨뒀더라구요.

위치가 좋았다

Cons:

진통제 같은 상비약은 호텔내 편의점에 구비해 놓으면 좋겠습니다.
대부분의 직원이 친절하였으나 체크인 당담자는 사무적이어서 호텔 첫인상이 좋지 않았습니다.
해외 호텔 체크인 방침 처럼 얼리체크인이 어렵더라도 미리 도착한 경우 서류 작업과 방배정을 미리 하고 후에 방이 준비되면 키를 받아 올라가면 대기 시간이 단축되고 직원들도 효율적으로 일할수 있을것 같습니다.
