The accomodation and service were excellent but I am giving an overall 8 because I was charged 20 EUR for a handcream that I had never consumed / taken. That was not nice.

Fabulous period property with charming original features. Great restaurant and great staff!
The accommodating was clean, tidy, very spacious and with everything we needed for our stay. Friendly and helpful management, gave us great tips on places to visit. The housekeeping was faultless, almost went unnoticed. The beds were comfortable, as was the whole apartment. The breakfast was at a separate establishment next door, and was good local quality and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The range of food was good and typically Portuguese, different, but of good quality. The property felt very safe to stay in, and the location whilst convenient, for the Lisbon centre and the western train station, was in a quiet and safe area, with plenty of small cafe's and bistro's nearby. We like to walk so its location worked well for us.
Initially the look of the property, was bland, but it was lovely inside, so no real negatives that would stop me highly recommending this place. I am not sure how well this property would suit someone with serious mobility problems due to the narrow pavements and stairs, but this was not an issue for us.
L'hôtel est idéalement situé tout en étant au calme. Il y a de nombreux restaurants autour, et également des arrêts de tram et un parking (public et payant) à proximité. L'appartement était extrêmement spacieux et le personnel très aidant. Le petit déjeuner est parfait !
L'ascenseur ne démarre qu'au premier étage, avec notre poussette (bébé de 5 mois) ce n'était pas idéal.

Чудесный просторный необычный и очень аутентичный номер. Понравилась косметика в ванной и очень все вкусно пахло. Каждый день уборка, и вкусный завтрак, необычно что не как шведский стол, а аля карте. Мы завтракали на улице в очень красивом месте с арками, супер ощущение.
Хорошая изоляция звука с улицы, классные балкончики и хороший вид. Приятные ребята на рецепции, компенсировали нам небольшие недоразумения напитками. Ощущение привелегированности не покидало :)
Я бы предпочла чуть больший телевизор с возможностью подключиться с тлф. Номер под самой крышей и очень хорошо слышно, если идет дождь или на крыше кричат чайки:) Все время скрипит дерево - на полу и на балках под потолком, мне норм, но может кто то очень чутко спит - это может мешать. Но это не претензии, а скорее просто обзор. В целом номер чудесный. В гостинице при входе очень высокая лестница без подъемника - пожилым людям или людям с ограниченными возможностями может быть тяжело там подниматься, это нужно учитывать. А еще повеселил супер медленный лифт!

I unfortunately didn't make it to the breakfast included, but the people working there were amazing and toured our room for us and carried my heavy luggage up the first flight of stairs (and then there is an elevator). The layout and balconies were amazing and loved the design and decor. Super comfy beds and a great location!
While it is in a city and most places say "soundproofed," each place I stayed you could hear people late at night. The other sounds we heard were loud creaks in the roof, which is startling. I luckily brought ear plugs and put them in when I realized I would continue to get startled awake by the creaking. :)
