The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily return.
Not a major issue, but a couple of things could be improved: the breakfast room was a bit small. Also, due to the nature of Venice, getting around was a little tricky — the hotel was close to a vaporetto stop, but not all lines seemed to run from there (or perhaps we just couldn't quite figure it out).

Nous souhaitions simplement vous faire part de deux points qui nous ont interpellés durant notre séjour, malgré le charme et le standing du palazzo.
Tout d’abord, le ménage a été effectué alors que nous étions présents à l’hôtel, sans que nous ayons demandé d’intervention à ce moment-là. Cela nous a contraints à attendre dans le couloir alors que nous avions besoin d’accéder à la chambre, et nous avons finalement demandé l’arrêt du nettoyage afin de pouvoir en disposer.
Par ailleurs, nous avons été surpris par la qualité du café proposé en chambre. Dans un établissement de ce niveau, nous nous attendions davantage à une machine à café plutôt qu’à du café soluble. De plus, aucun réassort n’a été effectué le deuxième jour.
Nous vous partageons ces remarques de manière constructive, dans l’esprit d’un retour d’expérience.
Everything was perfect
Très bel hôtel, personnel prévenant . Chambres confortables , salles de bain excellentes avec produits a disposition , emplacement assez sympathiques car nombreux restaurants accessibles (Pizzérias en face très bonne !)
Pour améliorer le séjour il faudrait améliorer le petit déjeuner avec des confitures de meilleure qualité et des jus de fruits frais
Got in early to the hotel around 10am, staff allowed us to check in and provided us with an upgrade to a corner canal front room, which was nice. Was concerned it may be noisy outside, but since we are early risers anyway it did not bother us that hotel deliveries and other activities outside our room began every morning around 6am. It was interesting seeing what goes on even on a small canal in Venice. Breakfast every morning was excellent, great selection and great coffee. Hotel staff in all areas was excellent and helpful. Booked this hotel to out of the main tourist area so we could see more walking all over Venice.
Noting to note, all was great. Our first day out exploring Venice we did have a run-in with a group of unwanted pick-pockets. I was aware of their unusual behavior following us, one woman and four men, and when the woman was reaching for my wife's purse strap, I turned and asked them loudly and bluntly asked them if they needed help with something. Beware of those around you.
Lovely elegant waterfront hotel with easy access to outdoor dining and private and public water taxi transportation to main attractions in other parts of Venice.
The hotel is a little far from the main attractions.
Hotel na bardzo wysokim poziomie – czysto, komfortowo i z świetną obsługą. Pokoje zadbane, jedzenie bardzo smaczne, a atmosfera spokojna i przyjemna. Wszystko dopracowane w najmniejszych szczegółach. Zdecydowanie warto tu wrócić i mogę szczerze polecić.

A lovely and comfortable hotel in a more quiet area in Venice, still very central and easy access to all. Great staff and comfortable rooms, very good breakfast.
A bit pricey for the honeymoon suite ( was the last room available)
Location, waterfront, no need to drag your luggage across town.
