Beatiful hotel great location. Really helpful staff
Pros:

Great location beautiful building. Easy to arrive and live in water taxi with vaporetto stations nearby. Great choice.

Cons:

It needs a little more insonoritation in the rooms in the early morning you can hear people talking outside the hotel.

Better than expected room and staff
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful and couldn't be in a better location for us . 2 min from the boat ride .rooms are modern and clean.

Even though they're were busy they always found time to help us with direftion and suggestion the staff was just wonderfull . We had one breakfast at the hotel which was great as well. 1

Nice hotel with a great location
Pros:

The breakfast spread was unlike anything I had ever seen before! There were so many options! The hotel was very nice and the location was great. It was close to the stop for the water taxi from the airport so it was easy to get to. The area didn't feel too busy.

Cons:

My room was a little bit warm. I set the thermostat to the lowest setting, which is much colder than I normally keep my own home, but it felt pretty stuffy. I called the front desk and they said to check and see if the light was on and they were supposed to reset something, but the temperature in the room didn't really change. I recognize that air conditioning in Europe is not as robust as the US, but my friend who was staying in another room noticed the temperature difference in my room compared to hers. It's also a bit pricey.

Bei der Rezeption/Bar war es sehr runtergekühlt mit der Klimaanlage, daher kein Drink in der Bar für uns möglich

Excellent location, comfortable but does not have complete dining facilities
Pros:

I was thoroughly impressed and found great satisfaction with several aspects of my experience, specifically the prime location, the impeccable cleanliness of the facilities, and the genuinely positive and helpful attitude displayed by the entire staff. Each of these elements significantly contributed to a truly enjoyable and memorable stay, creating an atmosphere of comfort and professionalism that was deeply appreciated throughout my time there.

Cons:

Hotel lacked full restaurant facilities, Guests could enjoy breakfast, and a bar with specific operating hours.

The focus was on essential morning meals and a limited bar service, not a complete, diverse dining experience.

I also experienced a lot of power cuts not sure if that was the issue for my room or the whole hotel.

I also requested for extended check-out time by 2 hrs but they could only accommodate 30 minutes from the mandatory checkout timings (which is fine as this is a peak season)
