Pros:

Staff stole my stuff after failing to rebook room on booking site 8 used the two nights prior while renting the room.

Cons:

Mgr was extremely rude and insulting to cover up the fact that she just failed to book the room in a prompt manner and let the maids take all my brand new items... She cited dirty room as the reason they wouldn't rent to us......there was paper in the floor that was easily vacuum able......worst person ever to run a hotel .....100 percent disabled vet they did this to

Highly recommend
Pros:

We stayed at this hotel on our way to our winter destination and liked it so much we stayed on our return as well. Clean and well maintained. Breakfast was the usual fare. Staff were kind and personable. We stayed in a couple Best Western Plus hotels during our journey and it has made us decide to be loyal to the chain whenever possible due to our good experiences.

Cons:

There was a group of people using 2-3 rooms (one of them next to us) who were extremely loud until well after 1AM. When we arrived at the hotel their dog ran into our room and we had to go outside and ask them to get the dog because it was as if they hadn't realized it was running loose. Their kids were running up and down the hall yelling and shooting dart guns. They were completely inconsiderate of other guests and, being next door, very annoying to us. This was not the fault of the hotel of course but still affected our stay.

Smokers oasis 😇
Pros:

Smokers choice!
This may not be a big deal to most but to me, being one of the only high end smoking hotels in the area has me won over. I'm sure in a motel somewhere, they don't care.. but BW Yukon goes above and beyond to ensure cleanliness and freshness for each guest. I appreciate the luxury of being completely comfortable despite pesky laws that dont affect anyone but the people being hindered. I will certainly stay again and again. Thanks BW for going about and beyond for ALL your clientele.

Cons:

The breakfast wasn't bad by any means but more options would have been peachy and the hot tub was empty. Looked forward to that from the listing. Please with a capital P, don't take out your hot tub 🙏🏻

Nice place and good price.
Pros:

This hotel was easy to get to. The staff was nice. The breakfast was good.
The beds were comfortable, and the price was better than other hotels in the area.
We would stay there again.

Cons:

The breakfast was good. I would have liked to have had fresh fruit and yogurt as choices.

The only negative was the toilet running and keeping us up all night
Pros:

The breakfast was good. My daughter wished there was fruit available

Cons:

Our toilet ran sporadically through the night and it was very noisy and made it hard to sleep.
