It was convenient that the location was near the Falls and Main Street.

Cons:

I was told that there was no complimentary breakfast. The coffee in the room was terrible. The hotel was very humid inside

Bardzo udany pobyt! Hotel jest nowoczesny, elegancki i zadbany. Pokoje są przestronne, komfortowe oraz bardzo czyste, dzięki czemu można naprawdę odpocząć. Śniadania były smaczne, świeże i oferowały duży wybór produktów. Cała obsługa była uprzejma i pomocna, a atmosfera w hotelu bardzo przyjemna. Wszystko było na najwyższym poziomie – zdecydowanie polecam ten hotel i z przyjemnością wrócę przy kolejnej okazji.

Beautiful location over the falls easy walking trails.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel. The rooms were extremely quiet. I couldn't hear any other guests. Loved the pillows. We ate at the hotel Ilatial restaurant. The Frito Misto appetizer was delicious and very large- 4 of us shared it. Adam walked around to all the tables and asked people about their experiences. He gave us some great ideas on things to do around the area.

Cons:

Parking was $20/day in the garage. I believe the website said $15. There was free electric parking on the lower level and the 1st floor.

For the price of the room, value wasn’t delivered. We won’t stay there again.

The staff in the restaurant were very friendly and competent.

Cons:

Our room didn’t get any maid service. We were gone for most of the day and when we returned, nothing had been done. Beds weren’t made, cleaning wasn’t done, and dirty towels hadn’t been replaced. We called to let the management know and their explanation was that they had some staff that was sick. In our opinion, a very poor explanation. This isn’t the covid outbreak!
