I loved the stay but my car didn't

Parking is an issue. Other than that, everything is exceptionally great and worth every penny of your money!

I had a wonderful stay at Saltstayz Trinity, Mohali. The location is excellent, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is pleasant. The staff was very polite, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay.

The property is conveniently located above Mohali Walk Mall, with restaurants, shopping, and entertainment options nearby. Overall, it was a comfortable and value-for-money experience. Highly recommended for both business and leisure stays

I had an excellent stay at Salt Stayz! From the moment I arrived, the mr. Inder was warm welcoming and extremely helpful. The rooms were clean comfortable and well-maintained with all the necessary amenities for a relaxing stay.

The overall atmosphere was peaceful and pleasant, and the service was truly impressive. Everything was well-managed and the attention to detail made the experience even better.

I really enjoyed my stay at Salt Stayz and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and hospitable place to stay. I’ll surely be visiting again!

Not good.
Cons:

Not a pleasant stay. We feel cheated.
The room service was pathetic and too delayed everytime.
Our room was downgraded as the AC of our room was not working properly, and yet we were not offered any refund or compensation.
Had to pay for the parking inspite of the booking info mentioning 1 free parking slot.

Location of the hotel

Cons:

The room was dirty with hair and stains in multiple places. After complaining we were downgraded to a worse room with no fan or balcony. The air conditioning, tv and wifi were not working. Even after complaining no one attended and addressed our issues. We couldn't sleep the whole night due to the heat and checked out early in the morning. Overall it was a horrible experience. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anybody.

Pros:

The stay at Salt Stayz was amazing. The rooms were very comfortable with all modern amenities. The staff were very cordial. The restaurant was perfect and the most affordable price I have ever seen in any star hotel. And the location is just at the top of a shopping mall. Which gives an extra cherry on top of the cake.
