Hôtel spacieux avec services au top
Pros:

En 1er Mr Ali et les hôtesses d’accueil. Dès l’arrivée Ali est absolument charmant, serviable et aux petits soins, les Hotel d’accueil prennent le relais et tout aussi chaleureuse et souriante. Belle piscine.
L’hôtel bien que d’une autre époque est spacieux et luxueux. Nous avions une suite très spacieuse pour nous et notre adolescente. La plage à proximité, les transats, le Services à la plage super. Plage de sable aux troubles, mais où l’on a à pied pendant longtemps.
Mention spéciale pour la partie spa, où j’ai fait plusieurs massages avec Jenna, qui est une maxi exceptionnelle et très agréable.

Cons:

Petit bémol pour la salle de bain avec une baignoire et l’ensemble pas top.
Restaurant de l’hôtel correct, Services, un peu plus mitigé en terme de satisfaction.
Nous sommes arrivés un dimanche. Nous avons voulu aller à la piscine et à notre grande surprise. Elle était noire de monde et en majorité des gens extérieurs à l’hôtel, nous sommes partis au 10 minutes beaucoup trop brillant, beaucoup trop de monde eau trouble…

Un séjour agréable dans l’ensemble grâce à un personnel exceptionnel, mais malheureusement pas à la hauteur du standing
Pros:

Le personnel est exceptionnel : souriant, serviable et attentionné, à l’exception de la personne en charge de la piscine. Une mention spéciale à Ali, qui parle français, ainsi qu’à Eskander, dont le professionnalisme et la gentillesse sont remarquables.
Le spa est également très agréable.

Cons:

La piscine, à l’eau salée, est située sur le parking, avant même la réception, et entourée d’immeubles. La photo présentée sur le site est assez trompeuse car elle est prise sous le seul angle permettant de masquer cet environnement.

Les chambres sont très petites, tout comme les salles de bain : les toilettes y sont intégrées et l’espace est vraiment très réduit. Le Wi-Fi est également déplorable.

Enfin, l’hôtel est très ouvert aux personnes extérieures : piscine, plage, spa et restaurant sont accessibles aux non-résidents moyennant paiement. En tant que client de l’hôtel, on ne se sent donc pas vraiment privilégié.

Un séjour correct, mais pas à la hauteur d’un véritable 5 étoiles.

Calm oasis for beach and pool access in Durres.
Pros:

Exceptional stay. We were comfortable and happy here. The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts we have had.
