Everything was fine. Good location with perfect amenities. The staff were very professional. Special thanks to Bubba for being very nice and professional. I was always looking forward to breakfast sessions because of her service and attentiveness to our needs. Also, Drita and Miranda made sure our room was kept clean at all times.

Best of everything, also people always best.
Pros:

The best hotel, I go there often. The people are very helpful, friendly, supportive, kind, always looking after everyone. People make you feel very important , amazing food, pool, outdoor and everywhere around is best.
Amazing people, Reception lady ( Erisa ) she was very very helpful and she upgraded the room because was special occasion and she done free of charge, she have amazing personality.
Also the cleaners ( Melinda And Lume ) they decorated the room and they done very best, 10 stars 🌟 for them. Very friendly, very respectful.
So 10 stars for everything.

Beautiful
Pros:

It was beautiful, clean, by the beach, close to everything nice (food, clubs, sites to see, bowling, water sports etc). It is well maintained by the hard working team. It’s a very relaxing environment. The spa and restaurant was exceptional and they accommodated my gluten free requests. The room was clean, bathroom was stocked, bed was comfortable.
