Receptionist couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming
So dog friendly-nothing was too much trouble
Ruime kamer. Goed bed.
Een beetje lawaai van de snelweg als je het raam openzet
Front door broken so had to ring for somebody to come open it to let me in
All staff were helpful and extremely pleasant
I required late check in. No problems at all. Emailed very quickly to say all ok!!!
Nothing
Staff were pleasant and friendly. Room was a good size. Bed was comfortable. You needed a degree in heating engineering to understand how to use the heating/air conditioner. Breakfast had a great choice of both hot and cold options.
Heating/air conditioning unit in the bedroom was very difficult to operate.
Staff were exceptionally polite and attentive. Large comfy bed. Very clean hotel and a great breakfast. Value for money here. Car parking is free and close to the hotel. There is a Harvester, Wendy's and Macdonalds in walking distance. Really close to visitor attractions too.
We were in a room with an adjoining door. Which we were not made aware of prior to our stay. The person next door had a very loud deep voice and was clearly foreign and this impacted on our stay(not the hotels fault) but it may have been better without the thin adjoining door. He sat next to this door and was constantly on the telephone from early till late at night.
We were in an accessible room and the drainage In the shower the drainage could have been better. Also please take a look at the state of the shower chair. It is dirty and rusty. Needs some maintenance.
I felt there were more than the normal amount of eastern europeans staying than we have experienced before. They tend to collect near the front door. As a woman I felt uncomfortable walking through them
Visitors being allowed to smoke/vape at the front entrance. I didn't like having to walk through the smoke etc to enter the hotel.
The entrance doors were broken. Throughout our whole stay (3 days midweek). The staff had made the best solution they could but it may have been better to have it repaired. Disabled access was difficult.
Room very clean. Breakfast plentiful. Bed very comfortable and staff very polite, friendly and helpfull
EXCELLENT STAFF
FRONT DOOR WASNT WORKING BAD FOR STAFF AND CUSTOMERS
Large TV Screen, clean bedding
No wardrobe
Twin beds, when booked double
Movable shower option didn't stay in place, broken
Clean hotel for one night stopover, definitely use again
All good
Good offer. Excellent team.
Not too.keen on.scrambled eggs.
I had a brilliant one-week stay at this hotel! The room was very clean, the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and I really enjoyed my time here. Everything was great, and I would happily recommend this hotel to others. I would definitely stay here again!
Rooms were recently refurbished and the decor was smart. The beds were comfortable.
The staff were really helpful and were quick to respond to requests for gluten-free items at breakfast. The breakfast itself was varied and included cooked items and a wide range of cereals, pastries, fruit etc
We left a pair of pyjamas on the first night and when we returned two days later they were waiting for us, neatly stored in a plastic bag.
The location, just off the M1, was ideal for our needs.
We stayed on two separate nights and were allocated different rooms. The first room had a window which opened a little but the second did not and the room was airless and, in the middle of the night, felt too hot. This was a pity because in all other respects we were very happy with our stay.
