非常好的住宿體驗，會再入住。
Pros:

家庭房很大，四個大人不會擁擠。
鬧中取靜，一站到京都車站、一站到四条站鬧區，很方便。

Estancia fantástica en Kioto
Pros:

Excelente hotel, en nuestro caso éramos una familia de dos adultos y dos adolescentes, la habitación tenía dos camas y los críos durmieron en futones. Todos estuvimos muy cómodos. La habitación era doble, para 4 persones. La ubicación era buena, tenia una pequeña lavandería y tenías máquina de café gratis. Todo perfecto

Pros:

Angenehmes und ruhiges Hotel. Die Lage war sehr nah an der Metro und somit ziemlich gut. Das Personal war hilfsbereit - die Kofferaufbewahrung war absolut problemlos und kostenfrei.

Cons:

Die Kopfkissen waren sehr flach und für uns teilweise unbequem. Es gab auch kaum Platz, um die Koffer unterzubringen bzw. auszuräumen (für kurze Aufenthalte aber absolut verschmerzbar).

Pros:

Room is comfortable.
The Japanese style room is convenient, just at lobby level, big enough for 2 kids.
The double room that my parents stay has a balcony view of Kyoto Tower. There are quite a few food options nearby.

心安らぐコンパクトな宿
Pros:

地下鉄烏丸五条駅から徒歩1～2分の距離で、大通りから少し路地を入ったところにあり、静かで落ち着いた環境に位置しています。部屋数の少ないこじんまりとした宿で家にいるような感覚で過ごすことができました。暖簾をくぐり奥まった玄関まで行く間に気持ちが和らぎます。スタッフは優しい笑顔で接してくださいました。チェックイン時に冷たいおしぼりと冷えたラムネをいただきました。日本らしいサービスだと感じます。外国からの旅行客が多いのでしょうか、1泊の滞在でしたが日本人の客には会いませんでした。角部屋にアサインしていただいたため、隣室への迷惑を過度に気にする必要なく過ごせたことを有難く思います。部屋はじゅうぶんな広さでベッドの寝心地も良く、周囲の騒音もなかったので朝までぐっすり眠ることができました。トイレと風呂が別々で、コンパクトながら湯舟があったのは嬉しい限りです。洗面、風呂、トイレ周辺のしつらえが抜群です。ロビーにはコーヒーマシーンがあり、出掛ける前や戻って来たときに一服しました。ロビーも含めてとにかく常に静かでした。
ちなみに、祇園祭の真っただ中に宿泊しました。宿の場所が山鉾町に近く宮川町通りの日和神楽にも近いので、宵山も歩いてゆっくり回れた上、無理なく安全に徒歩で戻ってくることができました。夜遅くなっても部屋の鍵（カードキーではなく普通の鍵・軽いので持ち歩きに負担にはなりません）でホテルの外玄関を解錠できます。

Cons:

部屋にポットがあるにもかかわらずなぜかカップはありませんでした。ロビーにティーバッグは置いてあったので、コーヒーマシーンで使う紙コップを使用させてもらいました。部屋には小さな丸いテーブルがありましたが、もう少し大きなテーブルがあると嬉しいです。角部屋は日当たり良好なのですが夏はとても暑く、エアコンで冷えるまでに時間がかかりました。逆に冬は暖かくて快適なのだと思います。滞在中、宿の方とはあまりお会いできませんでした。特に困ったこともなかったので問題はありません。

Pros:

The rooms are very nice, especially the futons. The WiFi is amazingly fast. The location is great, its close to the metro, and there are multiple restaurants nearby.

Cons:

The staff should use a better translator for English text, a lot of signage is in broken English and while i can understand it, it doesnt look particularly professional.

必要なものは全て揃っていた。リピ確実。
Pros:

いつも、このホテルのある地域限定でホテルを探していたが、今回このホテルを見つけて、とてもラッキーだった。
私は、この地域をよく知っているので、必要な条件はコンシェルジュのアドバイスでは無く、清潔なベッド、十分な広さのバスルーム、清潔なトイレ、Wi-Fi、冷蔵庫、大きいテレビなどである。
設備は充分に満足だったし、スタッフは親切で感じが良かった。もうラグジュアリーなホテルには飽きているので、このような余計なサービスの無いシンプルなホテルが理想的だと思う。

Cons:

バスタブの内側がザラザラしていたので、お掃除に気をつけて欲しい。
お水は、一泊ごとに一本欲しかった。
アメニティーにシャワーキャップがあればよかった。

Hotel maravilloso, personal muy amable
Pros:

Todo ha sido genial. El personal que trabaja en la recepción es muy amable y ha hecho que nuestra estancia haya sido muy agradable. El hotel está muy limpio y la habitación es amplia y tiene todo lo necesario. Muchísimas gracias por la hospitalidad.

Nada. Todo ha sido estupendo.

Pros:

Clean room, with nice tatami mat flooring. Big TV, clean toilet and bathroom, very spacious rooms and an elevator. Good location relative to everything. Can't complain about anything.
