Prachtig hotel in leuk dorpje direct aan Lago Maggiore.
Pros:

Prachtige locatie direct aan het meer. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Mooie en ruime kamer. Goed ontbijt. Betaalbaar.

Cons:

Vrij harde bedden. Nogal gammele douche maar wel bruikbaar.

Obsługa, która z uśmiechem na ustach witała każdego i widok z okna - ale to kwestia wyboru pokoju. Czystość pokoi i wysoka jakość codziennego spotkania.

Monotonne śniadania, choć wybór nie był mały, ale ukierunkowany na osoby jedzące „na słodko”. Dla lubiących wytrawne śniadanie - słabo. Brak informacji o braku zagwarantowania balkonu - mimo zdjęć, nie każdy pokój Deluxe ma balkon.

Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt am Lago Maggiore
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und sauber, Genau so wie im Angebot beschrieben. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und bietet eine sehr grosse Auswahl. Die Lage im Zentrum ist ideal. Der Fährhafen Pallanza ist direkt gegenüber auf der anderen Straßenseite; da wir andere Orte am See mit der Fähre besuchen wollten, war das für uns ideal.

Execellent hôtel très bien situé. Nous le recommandons.
Pros:

Chambre spacieuse et lumineuse avec balcon donnant sur le lac. Petit déjeuner buffet excellent. Chambre climatisée et bien insonorisée. Très bonne literie. Embarcadère pour les îles Borromée juste en face de l'hôtel.

Cons:

Pas de parking privé gratuit sur place (mais possibilité de réserver une place sur un petit parking à 500m pour une somme raisonnable)

Sicuramente non andrò più in quel hotel.

Le fontane colorate con la musica

Non era specificato che l hotel fosse a Pallanza e i traghetti troppo sporadici per essere a fine luglio e in oltre non abbiamo più trovato lo zaino che ci avevano fatto lasciare nella sala da pranzo prima di farci entrare nella stanza perché non erano ancora le 15:00 .
Hotel 4 stelle ma sinceramente sembrava un 3 stelle.
Molto deludente.

Great location - near the ferry, had parking garage (additional payment and needed to be booked in advance).
Great bed and comfortable pillows.
Clean room with big shower. We had 2 attic rooms, which we asked in adva5to be close.
The brrakfast was good- simple but delicious (the croissant with cream was great).
The staff was welcoming and very nice.
