Etwas in die Jahre gekommene Hotel, mit sehr freundlichem Personal, gutem Frühstück und ausgezeichneter Lage.

Schönes Hotel in guter Lage!
Pros:

Super grosses Zimmer unterm Dach,mit dazugehöriger Terrasse, zwar musste man über die Mauer schauen,um den See sehen zu können,aber so wurde das Hotel in dieser Zeit nun mal gebaut,dennoch hatten wir eine tolle Aussicht. Grosses Bad mit sehr gut riechenden Duschgel und Bodylotion.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und höflich und sehr hilfsbereit.
Auch wenn heutzutage ein Lift für viele ein Muss ist, wurde dieser in das Treppenhaus gut integriert, sodass dieses immer noch schön anzusehen ist.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausreichend und immer gut nachgefüllt.
Lage sehr Zentral und Fussläufig ist alles gut zu erreichen.

Cons:

Für uns waren die Kissen etwas zu hart,aber für 2 Nächte ok.

Für einen Kurztrip ist das Hotel eine absolute Empfehlung.
Pros:

Das Zimmer und auch das Bad war sehr sauber.
Das Frühstück, insbesondere Rüherei und Speck war etwas vom besten, was ich in den letzten Jahren im Vergleich gegessen habe.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind leider ein wenig hellhörig und könnten gut eine dünne Lage Schallisolierung an den Wänden gebrauchen.

Très bon hôtel, bien situé, nous y retournerons.
Pros:

Balcon avec vue sur le lac, la chambre très grande et petit déjeuné très complet avec de bon produits.
La situation très proche de nombreux très bon restaurants et de l'embarcadère pour les balades sur le lac.

Cons:

Durant notre séjour juste devant l'hôtel il y a eu l'arrivée d'une étape du Giro.
Tout les accès étaient bloqué, impossible de circuler en voiture.
Le personnel de l'hôtel nous a averti dès notre arrivée
J'aurais aimé avoir cette information avant afin d'organiser notre séjour différemment.

Sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel direkt am See mit tollen Zimmern und leckerem Frühstück.
Pros:

Lage direkt am See. Zimmer und Bad sehr geräumig (DZ mit Seeblick). Seeblick war toll. Frühstück sehr vielseitig.

Große Empfehlung für einen angehnemen Kurzaufenthalt.
Pros:

Nun, die Lage ist wie bekannt sozusagen optimal.Das Zimmer im Nebengebäude unter dem Dach ist sehr gemütlich.Die Dachschräge ist mit Holz verkleidet und die Dachbalken freigelegt . Die Dachfenster sowie deren Rollo´s sind elektrisch bedienbar. Das Bad modern und sehr sauber.Das Frühstücksbuffet ist für italienische Verhältnisse außergewöhnlich. Der Service beim Frühstück , soweit englischsprachig , war sehr freundlich und außerordentlich hilfsbereit.

Très bonne alternative par rapport à Stresa
Pros:

Tout, de l'emplacement au personnel du buffet et les dames de ménage. Vraiment très sympathiques.

Cons:

Les deux personnes de la réception lors du départ. Pas payées pour être sympas.
