Ein sehr gut familiär geführtes Hotel.
Pros:

ES handelt sich um ein eher kleines Hotel- mehr in einer Seitenstraße liegend. Es ist eine ruhige GEgend. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. DAs Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort. Hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit.

Cons:

Hierzu kann ich hierzu nix schreiben - es war alles in bester Ordnung.

Excellent stay - everything and everyone was beyond what we expected.
Pros:

The staff was great from the first moment we walked in the door. Our room was wonderful. We enjoyed having the bathroom facilities in a separate room. Each day the room was cleaned so when we arrived back at the hotel all we needed to do was fall asleep. We loved having a welcome drink upon arrival too, and each day there was a wonderful cake to sweeten our pallet after a long day of sightseeing. No questions were left unanswered. We also had to opportunity to have our luggage stored during our last day since our flight was not until later in the day. Great place!!

Cons:

The bathroom area was cooler than the bed area. It was difficult for handwash things to dry overnight.

Very kind and friendly staff. Met other guests who were running the marathon.
Pros:

Being small but have all amenities required for a runner. Close to the stadium. Very very friendly staff, they went extra mile to attend to customer needs.

One of the Best Stays
Pros:

The Staff were all absolutely phenomenal. We got such a warm greeting and amazing service throughout our stay. Room was great, nice bath and shower, plus a nice little patio. Rooftop has gorgeous views.

The only hotel worth staying at in Cape Town
Pros:

Everything was perfect. Fantastic location - 15 mins walk from V&A. The breakfast was amazing - lots of choice and really good quality ingredients. And, this was the first hotel I stayed in during 3 weeks in South Africa that had a really good selection of teas! As a tea drinker, I really appreciated that. They also have afternoon tea cake available every day!!

The rooms were lovely and well proportioned, and nicely decorated. Staff were friendly and incredibly helpful, even allowing us to store our luggage there for a few days while we were away on safari, which really helped with logistics.

Sadly, I didn't have time to check out the spa facilities, but I would love to next time. I would only stay in his hotel if/when I come to Cape Town again - I stayed in a couple of others before this, and this was by far the best.
