Kind and attentive staff, delicious breakfast. Clean and modern rooms with good facilities - I approve of the water saving measures.
Location looks close to V&A waterfront but the busy roads make it hard to access without a cab. No onsite evening restaurant although there are lots of great options at the waterfront.

The room can be a bit small if you have luggage but even so it’s great!
Warm hospitality from the staff - everyone at the hotel treated us with the utmost care. Even a gesture of remembering the tiny details like our favorite cake flavor from a random conversation and then baking it for the afternoon tea next day - the entire staff (special shout out to Chanel) tried their best to make us feel special.

The property was immaculate. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and everyday a new cake/dessert greeted us upon our return. 24 hour free coffee, tea, coffee drinks in lobby and generous set up in rooms. I travel frequently ( over 100 days per year) and I wish all of my hotels could be like The Zest Boutique Hotel. I will definitely stay there again.
