No room available, marriot didn't help, booking didn't help.
Cons:

Booking.com allowed me to book a room that did not exist. I arrived late in the evening, tired and ready to sleep after a long day of work and there was no room available. Marriot did not help. Booking took 2 hours to start offering solutions, which was way too late. I needed to get to sleep for an early flight the next day. I left on foot and walked around the area outside the airport, which is not the nicest in Mexico City, especially at night, and found another hotel that had space. Booking didn't give any compensation. Marriot didn't offer any solutions. Really poor all around.
