Value for money, good location and great customer service.
Pros:

Rooms are clean and of a good size. The bathrooms are ok for the price paid to stay at the hotel. Can do with upgrading however they are clean and for a couple of nights, ok.

Cons:

Bad customer service and facilities experience

Cleaned room and toilet.

Customer service, facilities, communication.
Shower head was not properly functioning, lifts were out of order and had to carry our luggage ourselves on level 1. assistance required by customer service / receptionist was not provided. No efforts were made to fix raised concerns or issues.

Great location, quiet, clean and highly recommend.
Pros:

Room was extremely clean, bed was comfortable, bathroom was very clean. Staff were happy and helpful. Cleaning staff were great and very friendly and polite. Certainly, would stay again.

Perfect nothing more to say
Pros:

The restaurant chefs and staff were outstanding. Had a beautiful T Bone for dinner cooked perfectly and the sauce was perfect as with the vegetables. I have a hearing problem, and everyone was so understanding and helpful. A big thankyou from me.
