Disgusting stay
Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

Very disappointing experience. I paid for lunch and dinner, but the hotel has no kitchen and provided neither. The room was also unhygienic, with a dirty bedsheet, broken shower, no towel, toiletries or drinking glasses. Basic requests were also delayed. I had no alternative at check-in. Booking.com should verify such properties properly and refund the money charged for services not provided.

Cons:

When I got there, I was treated like a stranger, not a customer. One of the staff members told me that I haven't received my booking confirmation yet. Then I showed the booking confirmation via booking.com App, and through email. Even though I showed him the advance payment details. They kept me outside with my family for over an hour. Finally I approached him for the cancellation process and that's when he said I had received a confirmation from Booking.com.
