La habitación que nos dieron, cuando reserve no decía nada de un segundo piso los cuartos todos pegados

Me encanto la naturaleza, la gran vista al volcán Arenal, y el personal muy amable.
Creo que se le debe dar un poco de mantenimiento a algunas cosas, por ejemplo habían unas gradas fuera de la habitación donde nos hospedamos, que tenían una parte corroída que podría ser peligrosa para los niños. Son detalles que se podrían mejorar, pero en general nos gustó.

Me clonaron la tarjeta en el hotel a penas se hizo el cargo de la reserva, el personal de recepcion no hizo nada por ayudarnos con el caso y me demore solo 15 min en hacer el reclamo cuando me cayeron los cargos de la clonacion, dijeron que tenia que ver eso con la plataforma donde hice la reserva, cuando la clonacion se hizo inmediatamanete cuando el hotel relizo el cargo. la television del cuarto de pesima calidad el audio, los desayunos en el caso del omelett con los champiñones malos y pesimamente preparados. fui a pasar mi aniversario de bodas numero 20 con mi esposa y sali amargado.
La ubicación
Piscina termal principal sin asientos, ducha del baño difícil de regular, habitación se ve un poco vieja, la cama sonaba muchísimo.
La vista al volcán, las piscinas
Las habitaciones no cuentan con cortinas adecuadas, son extremadamente claras y a las 5am ya está pegado toda la claridad, la comida sin sal y en los desayunos faltaba organización
La piscina es muy bonita.
La habitación e instalaciones son realmente viejas y en no tan buen estado. Se nota que el mantenimiento no ha sido prioridad, ya se nota el pasar de los años.
