Pros:

3人で宿泊しました。
お部屋が広々として良かったです。
軽井沢駅からも近く、チェックイン時間まで荷物を預かってもらってから色々観光できたのでとても楽でした。
ドリンクサービスの場所に本がたくさんあってとても寛げました。
朝食のバスケットでのルームサービスでとてもワクワクしたし、とても美味しかったです。

Cons:

あえて良くなった点をあげるとすれば、テーブルが小さく低かったので、朝ごはんが少し食べずらかったかな。

離車站很近很方便，櫃檯人員親切，每天有一杯免費的迎賓飲料可以喝
早餐是送到房門口的，真的是有夠方便（而且有選項可以挑選，有夠豐盛）
房間大＆床很好睡
水龍頭出來的水好好喝，馬桶是全自動的，人靠近會自動掀開馬桶蓋
飯店對面是全家跟超商，旁邊有Lawson

Pros:

La proximité avec la gare de Karuizawa est un plus non négligeable.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner est servi en chambre avec un panier, toutes les chambres ne se prêtent pas à manger de façon confortable. L’hôtel ne semble pas avoir une cuisine sur place et donc il faut choisir à l’avance ce qu’on veut manger et malheureusement le choix est limité et le plat principal du déjeuner est fort salé et pas très bon.

Pros:

This was the first hotel on our trip around Japan, and it immediately made a great impression on us. The room was quite spacious and featured a very well-equipped bathroom. The breakfast baskets delivered to the room were delicious, especially the hot soups, which changed every day. The location was also excellent – just a few minutes' walk from the train station, with a convenience store right across the street. We would happily stay here again.

Pros:

距離車站走路約五分鐘距離算近，房間很大，兩張雙人床，但是地板的空位稍小，行李不夠放；隔音效果好，外面在下雨幾乎沒有聽到雨聲，睡覺時非常安靜。然後有兩個時段可到特定區域免費喝飲料吃小點心，滿貼心的服務。

Cons:

浴室很大很整潔，該有的都有，吹風機也很好吹，只是幾乎沒有置物架可以讓我掛東西，唯一能掛的只有隔間浴室外的把手(短短的)，覺得很不方便；然後入住時才告之2026/06/01起有住宿稅，會希望提前跟要入住的房客告知。
