Great place to stay and enjoy nature!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed. There was a lovely bowl of fresh fruit waiting for us in our room, which was such a thoughtful touch.
The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore everything nearby.
What made our stay especially memorable was the exceptional staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful, but we would especially like to thank Elvina and Fidan. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and always greeted us with kindness and a smile.
We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Pros:

Территория очень ухоженная, чистая. Садовнику 10 из 10. Отель очень хороший, хоть и поживший свое
. У нас был семейный номер очень просторный, с видом на горы. Номера нуждаются в ремонте, но не смотря на это они очень комфортные и чистые. Стаф на ресепшене тоже очень доброжелательный и услужливый. Очень понравился ресторан при отеле, хорошее меню и прекрасная подача блюд. Видна работа шефа. Завтрак включенный в стоимость тоже был очень хороший.

Cons:

Ложкой дектя для отеля оказался спа центр. Спорт зал это муляж. Ни один тренажер не работает, нет нормальных гантелей и ни одной рукоятки.. Вообще полный ноль. Нет ничего. Так что если вы занимаетесь силовыми тренировками, там это не получится. Хамам неопрятный. Нужен ремонт.
В номере с потолка из отверстий кондиционера капала вода, были мокрые ковралин в коридоре и в спалне. Мы подставили стакан, чтоб вода капала в него. Нас это особо не огорчило, мы понимали что отелю уже много лет.
Мебель в ванной тоже пора заменить.
В остальном все было превосходно.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The food was delicious, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming.

We truly enjoyed our time here and felt very well taken care of.

Pros:

The staff was excellent especially Martin and Fidan were very helpful and accommodating. All requests were fulfilled without hesitation.
Food was good.
Ambience was excellent.
The property caters for both adults and kids as it has lot of options for entertainment and games for all age groups.

Cons:

The resort need to repair / resolve the issues related to facilitates like steam room, jacuzzi were not working.
