Lovely and comfortable stay with wonderful hosts!
Pros:

Overall, we had a really nice stay. The owners were very kind and welcoming, and the food at the restaurant was excellent — I would definitely recommend eating there. The room was simple but comfortable and clean.

Cons:

The only downside was the poor soundproofing. We could hear quite a lot of noise from the neighboring rooms.

Hotel Molino in Sierra del Albarracin
Pros:

Excellent location to explore the Albarracin sierra. Nice cool weather for the summer and the room has a mosquito net so you can sleep with the window open. There is also a restaurant which is handy because there are not many shops around the area.

Cons:

The staff take a long time to serve you both in the hotel and at the bar. Parking is a bit awkward; there is a narrow street by the main road where you can park but it's not a car park.
