Wir haben spontan, ohne Buchung im Hotel nach Zimmern gefragt, der angebotene Preis war utopisch.
Also sind wir vor die Tür und haben mit booking.com zum halben Preis gebucht und standen nach 10min wieder vor dem selben Mitarbeiter.
Der Empfang war mehr als frostig.
Das Frühstücksbuffett kann man in dieser Preisklasse nur als lächerlich bezeichnen.
Kein Joghurt, kein Honig, kein Müsli, keine Brotauswahl ( nur Toast), .......
Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer klappert und ist somit Nachts nicht nutzbar.
WC-Rolle war fast leer und wir mussten Taschentücher nutzen.
Schwarze Schimmelstreifen im Bad durch mangelhafte Reinigung.
It was a fantastic and comfortable stay with my spouse at Oak Ray. I stayed there for one night and had a truly wonderful experience.
I would especially like to appreciate Thilini, Dilan, and Shafraz from the Front Office team for their outstanding assistance, guidance, and professional hospitality throughout our stay. Their warm and courteous service made our experience even more memorable.

Courteous staff, spacious room, accommodative front desk and managers to let us check in early and changed the room on request . Arranged taxis for tours and drop to the train station

Rooms were very big as we book for 3 adults, nice view, big washroom and staff was very friendly.
We have given a room and as we entered we found shower was broken , water logging and there was no hot water plus washroom door once locked not able to open however we inform them immediately and they changed our room but i am surprised that when they are aware about these things why they give that room to guests without fixing things. Outside area was a bit dead.
