Suited our 2 nights stopover.
Pros:

Comfortable room, nice shower, car parking great and secure, lift to each floor, breakfast was adequate for our needs, easy to find hotel north Auxerre.

Cons:

Rooms were hot and aircon seemed to just work as fan, could open window for fresh air but noisy outside, corridors had stale odour, evening meal selection did not appeal and fish selection was not palatable.

La serveuse du restaurant

Cons:

Nous avons réservé une chambre PMR et on nous a propose une chambre au cinquième étage?..avec ascenseur jusqu'au quatrième?... La galère un étage à monter sans aucune aide ni autre proposition !!!...je suis serper déçue 😞

2ème passage dans cet hotel et même probleme - déjà signalé - manque de lumiere dans la S D B
Cette fois pas de lumiere du tout au miroir malgré l'intervention du réparateur - douche extrêmement glissante !
A noter un geste commercial, on nous a offert le parking garage.
