Thái độ trả lời của lễ tân lằn ngoằn làm mất thời gian khách hàng. Phòng dù đã đặt trước, đã nhờ đặt xe máy dùm nhưng KS ko nhận, đến lúc tới thì bảo khách tìm xe đi. Khách tìm được xe thì bảo chỉ nhận người không nhận xe do đã có khách đoàn với quá nhiều xe. THẬT SỰ RẤT HÃM
View đẹp nhìn ra biển và đảo
Nhà vệ sinh quá hôi, nên khắc phục, mình thấy mùi hôi từ bồn rửa mặt ( do tháo cái nút thoát nước hay sao mà hôi ko chịu nổi)

The view from the room is good; you can see the sea and the mountains. The bedding looks clean enough (though there are still some visible stains), and the bed is comfortable. The towels actually smell nicely of fabric softener, so they seem clean. Complimentary water is provided. There is also good, free Wi-Fi in the room. That is pretty much where the pros end.
The first thing you notice upon entering the room is the smell. It is either dampness or mold, and the odor is even stronger inside the wardrobe (we didn’t put our clothes in there). There is dirt everywhere, some streaks and stains on the walls, and cobwebs in the corners. The shelves clearly haven't been wiped down. The air conditioner needs cleaning. In the bathroom, the faucet is loose, and there are streaks on the walls as well. There are cockroaches. The fridge doesn't work, and its door is falling off. There are burn holes in the blanket. They only accept cash and only VND; you cannot pay by card or foreign currency. Please note that the address on Booking is incorrect (12 instead of 12c)—because of this mistake, we wasted time just trying to find the hotel. It's okay for a one- or two-night stay, but you can definitely find a better option for the same price. This hotel really dampened our first impression of Vietnam.

Everything looks better in photos, but in reality, there’s mold all around the windows. Our wallet disappeared from the room, even though we haven’t even gone outside.
The cameras aren’t working, and the staff can’t help us with anything.
The internet is too slow.
Staff member is screaming at us while we tried to park our bicycles for a short time. Maybe it’s normal here, because we haven’t found any places with really kind staff. Everyone seems to be nervous all the time, which ruined experience and affected the entire industry.

Khách sạn khá bẩn, ga giường rất bẩn có dấu chân đạp lên, mình có gọi bạn nữ lễ tân thì thái độ phục vụ rất tệ, chậm làm mình chờ rất mất thời gian
