Pros:

Très bel emplacement. Toutes les chambres ont une belle vue sur le lac.
La demie-pension est de très bonne qualité. Le buffet d'antipasti change chaque jour et les plats à l'assiette très bons.
Belle piscine et service au top.

Fantastisch appartement, mooi, goed uitgerust en heerlijk dat je gebruik kan maken van de faciliteiten (o.a. zwembad met prachtig uitzicht op het meer) van het hotel

Cons:

Uitzicht is op een netjes aangelegd middenterrein en de appartementen voor je. Als je je best doet zie je de berg. Was niet storend maar wel minder mooi dan we dachten.
Frontdesk hotel was bij inchecken weinig efficiënt, duurde bijna een uur voor we in het appartement waren.

L'odeur de kérosène provenant des ferrys passant au loin.
Petite incommodation rattrappée par le sans faut de l'hôtel !

Best hotel in Lago Maggiore. 5 star experience
Pros:

Everything - from breakfast and dinner to the pool and thermal suite. We also had a cooking class and we rented e-bikes. It was absolutely wonderful. Couldn’t have asked for more. The varied menu for dinner was excellent. The dinner was of exquisite quality. Kudos to the chef and the team.
