Weekend di relax
Pros:

Consiglio questa struttura per un weekend romantico e rilassante. Lo staff sempre gentile e disponibile. La infinity pool molto panoramica e super rilassante, non ci sono tantissimi lettini all'esterno, ma anche nella parte interna della piscina si sta molto bene. Si mangia benissimo con scelta vasta di piatti, chef giovane e appassionato. Parcheggio al coperto molto comodo. Posizione ottima, si arriva a piedi alla parte pedonale del lungomare con ristoranti e bar.

Cons:

Appena arrivati in camera ci siamo accorti che lo scarico del bagno non era funzionante, ma lo hanno sistemato subito. Abbiamo notato piccole disattenzioni come il dispender della crema rotto, anche quello soddisfatto.

Disappointing will not be returning
Pros:

The staff, friendly but we felt they were under pressure to abide by rules.
Bar man was exceptional and went above and beyond

Cons:

Facilities awful !
No service at all around the swimming pool or room service.
All inclusive is misleading it is half board with drinks included at dinner.
The property is basic and tired certainly not luxury.

Insbesondere das Personal im Service hat für eine angenehme Atmosphäre gesorgt. Das Essen war sehr gut.

Pros:

Das Hotel hat nur 30 Zimmer und einen tollen Infinitypool in sehr ruhiger Lage.
Das Luxury all Inclusive beinhaltet wirklich alle normalen Cocktails und Getränke und Weine im Glas zum Abendessen inklusive. Die Minibar gehört mit nichtalkoholischen Getränke auch kostenfrei dazu. Toller kostenfreier reservierter Tiefgaragenplatz gehört auch dazu.

Cons:

Dass deutsche Gäste trotz Verbot Gläser aus Glas in den Poolbereich mitgenommen haben obwohl man die gleichen Getränke in Plastikbechern haben kann.

Pros:

La posizione era meravigliosa, con vista piena sul lago. La pulizia degli appartamenti (nuovissimi ed arredati benissimo) e degli spazi comuni è impeccabile, come i servizi. Il personale è cordiale, preparato e accogliente.

Cons:

La struttura è molto grande e a tratti labirintica, soprattutto nelle parti sotterranee dei garages, sarebbe utile una segnaletica nei corridoi e negli spazi comuni. La SPA, seppur bellissima e pulitissima, è ostacolata nella vista del lago dall'edificio principale della struttura, un po' impattante e ingombrante.
