An unforgettable stay with amazing views, outstanding service, and a truly unique Cappadocia experience.
Pros:

The hotel was exceptional. The cave-style room was unique, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooftop terrace offered breathtaking views of Cappadocia, especially during sunrise with the hot air balloons. The location was perfect and close to all major attractions.

Cons:

Very little to complain about. The hotel was excellent overall. If I had to mention one thing, the Wi-Fi signal could be stronger in some areas of the property.

Trip of a lifetime!!
Pros:

Absolutely everything from the room to the beautiful setting. Deniz and Mariamme were so friendly and kind they really made our stay even more special seeing them at breakfast each morning. Emre was super helpful too! The location was fantastic and the roof terrace is perfect for seeing the balloons. The room was detailed, super clean and comfy. An incredible trip.

EXCEPTIONAL STAY
Pros:

At first I was skeptical of the photo’s i saw online (you know nowadays everything is AI), but in person it lived up & beyond our expectations. The room & hotel were exactly what the pictures portrayed and felt even magical. The hotel is very esthetic for photos, the rooms were beautiful & comfortable and there is eye for detail everywhere. And the best part was the breakfast which was EXCEPTIONAL, plenty of choices everyday and what topped if off was the EXCEPTIONAL service of Deniz at the breakfast area which made us feel warm and at home and had me looking out to go to breakfast everyday. Thank you for your attention and care Deniz!!! The hotel is conveniently located at the bottom of the mountain where as you can hop quickly in town to all the activities and restaurants but still high up enough to have a beautiful view of the city from the top. Unfortunately when we were there we weren’t able to see balloons flying up close do to weather conditions but we still enjoyed the hotel a lot. We could highly recommend and will be coming back for sure.

Cons:

We had a few hick-ups with the tours we booked with the hotel where we expressed our concerns, hopefully something will get done with the feedback especially concerning allergy restrictions of the guest. But for the hotel itself there are no complaints.

A magical stay!
Pros:

We fell in love with Zara Cave Hotel! It’s a stunning property that is beautifully maintained. The room was clean and very comfortable. The multiple terraces offer stunning views! The staff are all so lovely - Special mention to Sam at the front desk who helped us arrange activities during our stay as well as the staff at the hotel restaurant who were always so warm and welcoming. We will definitely be back!

Meraviglioso soggiorno a Goreme
Pros:

La struttura è davvero stupenda, scavata nella roccia e dotata di meravigliose terrazze panoramiche cui ammirare il volo delle mongolfiere. La colazione è ricca e deliziosa. Il personale è davvero disponibile e accogliente. Infine, è possibile prenotare delle attività, inclusi il volo in mongolfiera e tour guidati della regione, direttamente attraverso la struttura.

An exceptional experience- I would recommend to anyone coming to Cappadocia.
Pros:

Beautiful property as pictured in listing! The staff was absolutely amazing everyone was so kind and helpful.
The concierge helped book our hot air balloon ride which was easily the highlight of our trip. Each morning we got up and viewed the hot air balloons from the various rooftop viewpoints. This was an incredible sight to see. After viewing the hot air balloons we ate breakfast at our hotel. Diniz was friendly, funny and so generously accommodating. He made us smoothies, made to order eggs and even gave us recommendations of different traditional food combinations. Our room was amazing! Our private balcony overlooked a beautiful courtyard and it was so nice to open our door to let the sun and fresh air in. We received unlimited complimentary tea, coffee, and water which was a nice perk! We loved this hotel! Highly recommend!

Friendly staff, Denis and Meryem were incredibly kind to us during breakfast and are incredibly pleasant people. The breakfast was always well made and fresh in the morning. The views were amazing, for the two nights we stayed there the balloons were out and they looked great from the balcony. I totally recommend this hotel for that.

Pros:

Il posto perfetto per chi vuol soggiornare nel cuore di Goreme ma nella tranquillità. Camera pulita e confortevole, ma ciò che rende questo posto eccezionale è la gentilezza e disponibilità di tutto il personale. Mi mancheranno le buonissime omelette di Meriem ma soprattutto la simpatia e le accortezze di Deniz che è stato il valore aggiunto del nostro soggiorno!
