Localização e café da manhã incrível
Os funcionários são péssimos. Grosseiros, mal humorados e sem paciência com os hóspedes. Eu esqueci dois objetos pessoais que não me foram restituídos mesmo depois de várias reclamações.
Where do I even start… this stay absolutely made our experience. Zara Cave Hotel was an absolute dream come true. The venue was incredible, location - incredible, breakfast - even more incredible! It was so relaxing and peaceful. The view from the balcony was incredible in the morning. Reception helped to book anything we were interested in with ease. I would go back in a heart beat. Absolute highlight of my trip.

- tolles Frühstück: Hier ein extra Dankeschön an Meryem und Deniz von der Verpflegung. So so so tolle Menschen, extrem freundlich und liebevoll zu den Gästen!
- Auch wird sich herzlich um die Katzen gekümmert, sehen sehr gesund aus, nicht nach typischen Streunern. Unsere Lieblinge: die noch kleinen weißen Katzengeschwister 🐱 🐱

Great location, central to Goreme. Amazing views from the various terraces - perfect for balloons in the morning and nice nighttime views. The cave room we had was amazing, housekeeping available every day. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful the entire time - the reception staff helped us with bookings (before and during our trip) and were available 24/7, they were so welcoming and helpful, nothing was a problem for them, and they communicate rapidly via whatsapp. The breakfast every day was excellent. Denis who staffs the breakfast restaurant every day was so nice and helpful, he is a credit to the hotel and made our mornings a little better!
Spa bath in the room was lovely. Plenty of towels and toiletries in the bathroom, water pressure in the shower was also excellent which I was surprised about given the location. Free items (not just water!) provided in the fridge / minibar. Espresso machine provided in the room too. They also have the cutest cats around the hotel - two little kittens made best friends with us!
Also, it was my partners 30th birthday while there. The staff went out their way to make up the room to welcome her, was magic!

This hotel is was exceptional! Beautiful, super clean (congrats to the team), with all the needed toiletries, 3 teraces where you can see the baloons at the sunrise and take wonderful pictures. The location for this is excellent! A lot of restaurants and nice stores around the hotel. The breakfast was delicious and the service one of the best I have had so far. Deniz was super attentive and sweet while serving us breakfast, spoiling us with delicious eggs, warm pancakes and cutting fruit for us. Müslüm, from the reception, was super kind! He booked some activities for us with which we were super happy. He answered all our questions, gave us a lot of tips and even spoiled us with some shisha. Really wonderful experience. I will for sure be back and recommend to everyone this hotel.

The hotel is beautiful as were the staff, the location is perfect as we didnt need to use the car at all.
No parking facilities.
This place is really beautiful, the breakfast buffet is great, staff is extremely nice and willing to help/solve anything, location is perfect for balloon watching and for you to walk around the place.
Bathroom towels can improve, aside from this, the rest was just perfect
