Clean, comfy.
Pros:

Clean room, snacks, foods available at hotel n restaurants nearby. Very near to customs.

Cons:

No smart tv and no YouTube/Netflix in my room. My room had connecting door to other room, so our room is not sound proof.

Cons:

Tried to check in at night but the hotel is having internal power outage problems. Lasting from 8pm to 12 midnight. When enquired about the problem, hotel staff advised that the utility provider is enroute to provide technical assistance and to my knowledge it is a lie. The utility provider confirmed that it is due to internal hotel issue where the circuit breaker is faulty. This lie was committed twice even though I have asked them to confirm. When asked about refund for one day, it was denied. Had to check in into another hotel and return the second day.

Hotel offered late check out and complimentary breakfast where only plain bread, eggs and coffee is provided. To my knowledge, the bread was mouldy for two days in a row.

The experience does not match its three star achievement.
