Not as what I expected to be like the photos shown.
Pros:

The cleaning was good

The vibe of the hotel is dead, the staff were not much friendly and overall the lightening of the room and the hotel was dull.

Pros:

La propreté générale, l'emplacement, la terrasse pour le petit déjeuner, le matelas

Cons:

La carte qui se démagnétise tous les jours, ce qui oblige à se déplacer à la réception tous les jours pour devoir fermer la chambre
Linge de lit ridicule, avec une minuscule couverture très fine et inadaptée. Les serviettes ne sont de plus pas correctement changées chaque jour.
Le petit déjeuner est de mauvaise qualité, avec essentiellement des produits surgelés ou d'entrée de gamme, sans aucun intérêt.
Le room service qui se limite a maximum 12h dans la journée, ce qui oblige à sortir de la chambre le matin si l'on veut qu'elle soit nettoyée
Le frigo de chambre ne marche qu'à moitié
Rapport qualité-prix globalement mauvais

Pros:

Unser Dreibettzimmer war sauber und ruhig. Die Klimaanlage hat bei der Augusthitze sehr gut gekühlt. Unser Auto konnten wir direkt vor dem Hotel parken. Zu Fuß waren es etwa 20 Minuten bis zur Altstadt. Auch ein traditionelles Hammam war fußläufig erreichbar.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und abwechslungsreich: verschiedene Käsesorten, Eier, vier warme Gerichte, Salate, frisches Gemüse, Oliven, verschiedene Getränke und Obst. Das Buffet wurde jedes Mal prompt aufgefüllt.

Insgesamt waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden.

Pros:

Un hotel cochet cu tot ce este necesar, pozitionat bine. Era curat, paturi confortabile, personal amabil vorbitor de limba engleza. Parcare gratis in fata hotelului. Avea o terasa pe acoperis cu vedere frumoasa catre oras si catre Uludag. Micul dejun proaspat, suficient si destul de diversificat. Sucuri la cutie. Am avut o camera tripla.

Cons:

Faptul ca pe terasa exterioara nu erau scaune, mese si scrumiere.
Plasa de la geam era rupta.

أسوء إقامة مرت علينا

لم يعجبني شيء رغم أن المدخل كان نظيف ولكن سوء تعامل الموظفين ومدير الفندق لم يشعرنا بأي نقطة إيجابية .خرجنا ونحن مستأين للغاية مما واجهناه من تعب وسوء معاملة

كانت أسوء تجربة مررنا بها في جميع سفرياتنا من خلالكم .واجهنا مشاكل كثيرة .كنا قادمون من بودروم والمشوار شاف وطويل وننحن كبار سن وبعد أن وصلنا وقد كانت تجربتنا في الإقامة في إزمير غير مرضية بالنسبة للنظافة التي كانت مقرفة فعندما وصلنا الفندق في بورصة أدخلت جميع بياناتي في بوكنج ولم يتبق إلا الدفع انتظرت حتى أشاهد الغرفة بعيني وعندما شاهدناها وكانت نظيفة قمت بالدفع وعندما ذهبنا للاستقبال رفض إدخالنا بحجة أن المبلغ في بوكنج قليل وغير صحيح وطلبوا منا إلغاء الحجز من بوكينج والحجز من قبلهم ورفضت وكانوا لا يتكلمون إلا باللغة التركية وكنا نستخدم المترجم للتواصل معهم ولديهم امرأة يتحدثون معها وتحدثنا ولكنها كانت مصرة على أن نلغي الحجز من بوكينج ونحجز عن طريقهم وأبلغتهم أن الحجز غير مسترد ولن ألغيه بدأوا في رفع الصوت حاولنا التواصل على أرقام خدمة العملاء في بوكينج لم نجد رد وفي إحدى المرات ردت علينا موظفة وحولتنا على تحويلة وانتظرنا أكثر من 20 دقيقة ثم انقطع الخط فقمنا بالاتصال بالشرطة التركيةوعندما وصلوا حضر شخص أعتقد أنه صاحب الفندق وجميعهم يتحدثون التركية وأحد رجال الشرطة يتحدث الانجليزية بسكل مبسط وبعد محاولات أبلغونا الشرطة بأن موظفي الفندق مصرين على كلامهم والأفضل لكم الذهاب لمركز الشرطة وذهبنا لمركز الشرطة وبعد عناء أبلغونا بأن الفندق سيسمحون لكم بالسكن دون دفع زيادة في السعر وعندما عدنا للفندق وكنا في غاية التعب وذهب يومنا بدون أن نذهب للتمشي في بورصة حسب مخططنا قاموا بأخذ الجوازات وتسجيل الدخول ولكن شعرنا بالخوف على أنفسنا منهم بعد أن لاحظنا منهم ملاحظات مريبة حيث تحدث الموظفان مع بعضهما ثم ذهب أحدهما إلى المصعد وصعد إلى الدور الثاني والغرفة التي شاهدناها مسبقاً كانت في الدور الرابع وجلس تقريباً 10 دقائق والمصعد متوقف في الدورالثاني والموظف في الاستقبال متوقف عن العمل حتى عاد صديقه وكانت نظراتهم وحديثهم مخيف وبعد أن أعطونا المفتاح كانت الغرفة غير الأولى وهي في الدور الثاني فخفنا أن تكون خطة منهم لعمل شيء في الغرفة أو أنهم يحيكون شيء ضدنا حاولوا أخذ مفتاح السيارة بأنهم سيصفونهم في مكان غير المواقف المقابلة للفندق مع أن المواقف كانت لا يوجد فيها إلا سيارتين وباقي المواقف خالية فلماذا يريدون إيقافها بعيداً ومصرين على أن يأخذوا مفتاح السيارة ليركنوها في مكان آخر فزاد...

Bett war bequem. Die Klimaanlage konnte man gut einstellen. Das Bad war sauber.

Cons:

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist nicht gekühlt und der Käse war schimmelig. Die Auswahl war sehr türkisch. Es kann nur Instantcafe. Die Raum wirkte auf dem Fotos größer.
