Great staff, quick service and very friendly atmosphere
Pros:

The staff everywhere were really friendly and helpful. In the bar the service was fast and friendly. The room and bathroom were a little dated but everything functioned absolutely fine. We noticed the TV had been damaged when we arrived so we told reception and within 5 minutes a replacement arrived and the issue was rolsolved, so excellent service by the staff.

Cons:

A little dated in places, but I wasn't expecting a brand new hotel, so its difficult to find anything negative to say.

Pros:

Lovely hotel, very homely and all staff very accommodating.Would highly recommend...on the motorway

Cons:

We just thought it was a bit far away from Feithlegg where we were attending a wedding.However staff were so accommodating it was worth the trip

A wonderful experience in the Irish countryside
Pros:

It’s a great hotel. You can tell it’s a family hotel by the behavior of the other guests. The architecture is old, but still very beautiful. We went with a child, and they loved seeing the stuffed animals in the hotel lobby.

The breakfast is very good, the staff is very attentive, and the room size is unbelievable (bigger than many rooms in Dublin). There is also a very large parking area and a pub/restaurant at the hotel, which was great and very convenient.

Cons:

Maybe, thinking about the more accessible world we are building, there could be an elevator to the upper floor (if there was one, sorry, I didn’t see it). Also, if you don’t come by car, Waterford city centre is a bit far away, but nothing too extreme.

Pros:

All the staff were excellent and food was good but unfortunately the whole hotel needs refurbishment and it’s about 20 years too late in doing it. It’s in s great location with more than ample parking.

The room was comfy and clean. The breakfast was great and the staff were very helpful.

We didn't enjoy the bar lunch, and going up and down the stairs was a little bit difficult

Pleasant stay just outside of Waterford.
Pros:

Nice, clean hotel just outside of Waterford. We enjoyed our stay and found everything easy and comfortable. Breakfasts in restaurant are very good.

Pros:

Very clean, very comfy, helpful and friendly staff, excellent breakfast. We also used the bar for an evening meal, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend 👌
