Great location and facility.
Pros:

Breakfast was fine. Would have preferred Japanese breakfast. We liked the robot delivering us extra water.

You're paying for location and access. Does well otherwise.
Pros:

Excellent location and shares amenities with the main tower. Probably better dressed than the aged main tower.

Cons:

Really nitpicky about the size given east tower is designed as business use and not leisure. Otherwise it's fine.

Location was my priority as this hotel certainly rocked the box. Also it’s just a walk across from the station so easy
Pros:

Location, location - easy access to all points of interest and our next stop to Osaka via Shinkansen.

Cons:

Pillows - were uncomfortable as they didn’t provide support and were flat.
