I think I'll just stick with this hotel next time I stay in Tokyo.
Pros:

When I first booked the place, the room looked a bit bigger in the photos, but once I settled in, it was totally fine. Actually, since it was on the smaller side, everything was close by and I barely had to walk around, which was great. The room was clean and had all the essentials. Having a 7-Eleven nearby was a lifesaver when I didn't feel like going out to eat. Plus, breakfast was included, so I didn't have to bother heading out in the morning. The food was just right for breakfast.

Cons:

Since I stayed there during the rainy season, the room got pretty chilly with just the AC for heating.

It’s a good hub to travel to different places in Tokyo.
Pros:

The location is excellent. There’s a gym, a big lounge, a convenience store, etc.

Cons:

The pillows are not good and I couldn’t sleep well. The hair brush and shaver cost.

Pros:

何度か利用していますが、たまにコーヒーをセットして水を入れたら飲める機械があった事。
ミネラルウォーターがあること。

Cons:

YouTube等の配信サービスが観れたらいいなと思う。
朝食会場をメインタワーを利用せず当ホテル内を利用したのですが、プレートはいいのですが、パンのおかわりとかがあれば。

Poor House keeping and Poor QC .
The bed cover and blankets were infested with mold and fungus . Created extreme allergies . Clearly there was zero QC done .

Pros:

お部屋が清潔、ベッド快適。デスクもきちんとあって、スペースに余裕があるのでビジネス利用でしたが、PC作業もやりやすかったです。シャワーヘッドが大きいので、ユニットバスは決して大きくありませんが、使いやすいバスでした。かなり昔に泊まって以来の利用でしたが、お部屋が改装されていて、好感がもてました。

Cons:

チェックインが、私の場合ですが、旅行サイトからの予約だったため、予約番号が必要であったりして、名前と電話で確認できるといいのになと感じました。
