In a pinch and want something close to the train station, take this. If not, go elsewhere.
Pros:

The hotel was very conveniently located to the Shinagawa train station and the eateries nearby. Most of the staff were nice.

Cons:

The rooms were extremely small. We had read that the rooms would be small and so for our party of three, instead of a room with triple beds (for three of us), we picked two double-bed rooms. So, we asked for two room keys for each room. We got scolded so much for doing so for the second room and told that they would charge us 2000Yen if we lost the key. It was unprofessional and unnecessary. It really left a bad taste in our (tired) mouths. And the breakfast was AWFUL. THe eggs looked bad, the yogurt was so sour, granola was missing most days, and only decent thing was the matcha bread. The staff were always nice though.
