The location wasn’t great. The place isn’t really a resort; it’s more like a collection of villas.

The hotel is nice, but the road to get there is terrible. Depending on which side you come from, there’s a gate that simply closes without any notice. One night around 10 PM, I was returning and it was closed, and they don’t communicate this at all. I had to take a huge detour of more than 15 minutes just to access the hotel
I also had an issue with a bat on my balcony every single night. It was constantly making noise.
I asked them to handle the situation, and they offered me another room, but it was on a lower floor and I didn’t want to move. Their “solution” was to keep the balcony light on all night, which meant I basically couldn’t sleep properly. And it didn’t even solve the problem the bat kept coming anyway

There is no direct communication with the hotel. You have to message the personal WhatsApp numbers of the reception staff, which is honestly unacceptable
I shouldn’t have to contact staff on their personal phones.

They never solved the bat issue. I couldn’t use the balcony at all because the bat kept coming and leaving a mess everywhere, and nothing was done about it.

The staff are generally nice, but some of the night staff I dealt with didn’t speak English, which made things harder especially when you’re trying to solve a problem.

Overall, the place is okay, but nothing special.
The cleaning could definitely be improved. There were days I had to ask them to change my face towel because even though they cleaned the room, they didn’t replace it even when it was left on the floor.

En fonction de la chambre il y a quand même un vis à vis important. Si vous prenez des suites vous êtes plus tranquilles.
Il est indispensable d’être véhiculé pour venir mais ce n’est pas très embêtant.

Als ik een minpuntje moet benoemen dan is het de drukte aan het eind van de middag voor de deur van het ressort.

No private sphere, the resort seems like a big open space. You have to close the curtains and turn on the lights in the room if you want to be "on your own". It seems like the staff is cleaning all day in front of the rooms, there is always some movement. We booked 2 times massages, the first one was in an open room on the first floor, the second in a closed room but still with transparent windows, it might not be too comfortable for everyone to be in underwear like this... Yoga lesson was great, but would be better also in a closed space with no one from the staff walking around (also at the first massage). For sure not a place for a couple on honeymoon.... Different options for breakfast available, but not the same as on their menu you have also in the room - I asked if I can have a meal from their menu that costs less than e.g. the American breakfast that is included in the rate, but you have to pay the full price for it. Not worth the money we spent, during our 2 weeks in Bali this was the worst accomodation we had in this price category....
