A very comfortable bed and a quiet room.
The light in this room is too dim.
We couldn't stay there due to feeling unsafe.
I booked this accomodation at around 5pm Sat eve. When we arrived at the accommodation a man smoking & smelling strongly of marijuana came out of the building. My partner tried to speak to him but he was quite incoherent. My partner said he didn't want to stay there so I said let me look inside first. I had to step over a hose in the courtyard to get in the door. It was dark & dingy inside & I had to fumble around to find the light. The lounge kitchen & bathroom was to be shared with the man that we had encountered with the bedrooms being close together. I didn't feel safe or comfortable to stay so went back & told my partner. I messaged the landlady at 6:06 that evening explaining what had happened & asking for a refund, thinking she would understand but never got a response. I messaged again the following morning & she replied quite rudely,
accusing me of not contacting her immediately. I sent her proof that I had tried but she refused any sort of refund or compensation even though the room had not been touched. I am very disappointed with her response & could not recommend staying there.

There was nothing to dislike
The place is very convenient, close to town, close to the park and close to Weymouth beach, sea life and other tourist attraction centres.
