Kein Hotel, kein Service
Pros:

Das Appartement ist freundlich eingerichtet und der Roof Top Pool macht Spaß.

Cons:

In der Beschreibung angegebene Ausstattung (Waschmaschine, Trockner) sind nicht vorhanden. Der Service ist miserabel. Es ist kein Hotel, sondern ein verwaltetes Hochhaus. Die Rezeption bietet keinen Service. Anfragen mussten schriftlich per Booking.com gestellt werden und wurden teils nicht beantwortet oder freundlich beantwortet ("das Maintanance Team kommt und repariert morgen"), aber nicht erfüllt (es kam bis zum letzten Tag niemand). Nach dem Check-out musste das Gebäude verlassen werden, d.h. keine Poolnutzung mehr.

No tenía agua caliente para ducharse. No había calefón/termotanque o como se llame. Todo lo demás quedó opacado por esta situación. Deberían aclararlo en la descripción.

Un buen lugar para descansar y disfrutar

Un lugar limpio, organizado, con todos los utensilios básicos, cerca de la playa, del museo del mar y de locales como farmacias, restaurantes o tiendas.

Cons:

Me cobraron por una manilla para ingresar al sitio, tiene un costo de 18.000 pesos colombianos por persona y esta información nunca se menciono al momento de buscar y reservar.

Great place, it had everything we needed, a full stock kitchen, and a washer and dryer. Location was excellent -- close to commerce, grocery stores, and of course, the beach. Highly recommended
