God frokost, men ikke outstanding. Greit utvalg. Er du en frokost person - velg heller Marriot Sydney Harbour. Men nydelig beliggenhet med sjøfront så fantastisk å gli ned i en sofa med teppe over seg og nyte solnedgangen. Stort rom med høyt under taket, gode senger og sjøutsikt. Ekstra pluss for bobler og kake ved ankomst i anledning min fødselsdag.
Litt for lytt - både i forhold til noe trafikkstøy, men også støy fra korridor. Litt kaos i frokosten og rotete plassering av ting, men det er bare småpirk. Noen i selskapet synes det var litt lav innetemperatur.
it's different in a great way, beautifully unique. We loved it. The room was beautifully designed and had everything you could need. Breakfast is excellent, there's even a DIY guacamole bar. The staff are very pleasant. Get a water view, those rooms are beautiful. Some rooms do not have openable windows, so be clear about what you want. Our room had a high celing which was great. The building is very unusual--an old pier with the wooden structure still intact. Quite beautiful.
There should be an extra blanket. We were cold at night even though we kept raising the temperature. The bathroom floor gets wet. The doors between rooms are very thin and we could hear the person next to us on the phone for a while in the morning. We did not have an openable window. The minibar is extensive but has no prices which I consider rude so I didn't use it in protest.
The breakfast was amazing , the view from our window was great and we were close to transport
I am sorry but I did not like dogs in the dining room , I found this a bit unsanitary, they were quiet but they should not be near food , at their home yes but not in a restaurant
Beautiful location
Check in was drawn out and painful. Lots of sitting around waiting for our room well past check in time.
Great location for our visit to Sydney for the VIVID weekend. Close to the Harbour, the Rocks and the markets.
Nothing to dislike...however visitors for Vivid should know streets are blocked off in this area during the festival at night. This meant we had to walk for about a kilometer to call a taxi/uber. This wasn't a big issue for us but could be for someone with mobility issues.

whilst it sounds great and might get you certain customers, we do not believe it is hygenic to allow pets into hotel rooms.
The room was a Juliet room with a door that opened to outside and had a view of the bay. The bed was extremly comfortable. The staff were so helpful, nothing was a bother. I would definitely stay there again.

This is a lovely hotel. Great location, close to the city, but very peaceful.

Room 355 and 352 faced the side of the Bridge which want that interesting. Room 352 was small and had no draw space.
The room was fabulous with a great view. Close enough to walk to public transport and great cafes. The staff were friendly and helpful. In room dining was delicious.
That we weren’t able to stay longer - but that was our restriction not Pier Ones.
