Absolute beautiful stay in Hoi an. Everything was perfect, couldn’t fault a thing! Vincent is an amazing host and went above and beyond helping organise our trip to Cham island, as well as transport to the airport when we left early in the morning. Make sure you pick this place to stay!!!!
We had a lovely stay at Vincent’s. The property is on a nice backstreet in central Hoi An and the stay was quiet despite the location. The room was great and had everything we needed, property pool was a nice addition in the heat. Vincent and the staff were incredible. So helpful and kind. Vincent organized a birthday cake for my partner. Would recommend to anyone staying in Hoi An!

Great large room with hot shower AC and smart tv. Well priced minibar and laundry all added to the final bill along with any tours/activities booked through reception. All paid at the end with a credit card and no surcharge (very handy). Vincent and all staff incredibly courteous and helpful. Outside areas also lovely with a 10m pool and sun beds. A short walk to the main areas and river. Bikes available but did not use as counting steps. Had late starts so did not try breakfast.

Vincent was a great host and greeted me by name on arrival! He gave great recommendations and let us know what was worth visiting during our time. The hotel room was spacious and beds comfortable. The pool was perfect for an afternoon heat escape or you could take his bikes out (free) and cycle down to the beach in about 20 minutes. It was a quick walk to old town but tucked away in a quiet alley.

The location is perfect. The value for money is unbeatable. The manager Vincent is a great person, helpful and attentive.
The only downside is that the pool closes at 9pm...

J'ai eu un problème bancaire pendant mon séjour et grâce à leur gentillesse, à leur patience et à leur aide tout à pu être réglé sans problèmes. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe !

Está bien ubicado en el centro de hoi an, por lo que puedes ir caminando a todos lados, además tienen bicicletas disponibles para poder ir a la playa o a los arrozales.

Everything was great. The room was nice and clean with two large single beds. The staff were lovely, and having the pool was great in order to be able to cool down in the very hot weather. Breakfast was substantial.
