Pros:

Location was good, good room space and it seemed clean enough. The biggest issue was that I booked my accommodation on the day at 10am and did not receive any check-in information until 9pm. This is frankly unacceptable, I was looking at booking alternative lodging for that evening. For this reason alone, I could not reasonable recommend anyone to stay here.

Прекрасная бюджетная квартира в тихом центре Вены
Pros:

Прекрасная локация, пешком до центра 15 минут, хорошая комната, несмотря на страшную жару в Вене, в комнате было довольно таки прохладно. До этого я начиталась отзывов, много людей жаловались, но у меня совершенно другой опыт. Я вовремя получила все инструкции, на вопросы к хозяину также получала быстрый ответы. В квартире чисто, в ванной комнате есть даже стиральная машина.

Cons:

Все было прекрасно, но был всё-таки маленький нюанс – холодильник был отключён. Я понимаю желание хозяина, чтобы люди не пользовались кухней, но в этот период в Вене было так жарко, что мои лекарства просто кипели от жары. Ну и невыносимо было пить тёплую воду. Я ночевала в квартире пять ночей. Хотелось бы хотя бы минеральную воду поставить в холодильник, не говоря уже о лекарствах.

Bardzo fajna lokalizacja, blisko do centrum i do dworca, w pobliżu sporo sklepów i knajp.

Cons:

Choć zameldowanie miało być o 14, instrukcje jak dostać się do mieszkania i pokoju dostałam dopiero koło 16.30... pomimo wysyłania praktycznie od rana licznych wiadomości do właściciela...

Pros:

Die Lage ist gut und die Zimmer sehr geräumig. Die Kommunikation läuft reibungslos per WhatsApp und man erhält kurz nach der Buchung alle Instruktionen zum Zugang zur Unterkunft.

It was very difficult to get clear information about the check in. There was no key for the building entrance door in our room, and it was difficult to reach the host. At the end it was solved, but it caused unnecessary stress.
Our room and bathroom were dirty. The floor in our room was sticky, despite the host claiming he had checked the room and had not noticed any issue.

Cons:

The accommodation was supposed to be ready from 2 pm according to the conditions and was only ready at 4 pm. On booking, a completely different room was ordered, the apartment. The kitchen and bathroom were not functional and needed maintenance. The other rooms were terrible, everything could be heard through the door, the other rooms were separated by a door. The bed was uncomfortable, a soft old spring mattress. At night, every time someone opened the door to the bathroom or their room, the floor creaked.
