Die Kommunikation mit dem Betreiber war furchtbar und in zwei von 3 Zimmern die uns zugewiesen wurde waren nur eine Bettdecke obwohl jedes Zimmer für zwei Personen gebucht wurde

Es gibt sehr wenig Stauraum in den Zimmern (nur eine Kleiderstange) und es war dreckig (viele fremde Haare). Die Küche ist quasi sinnlos - Ausstattung schlecht, Kühlschrank und Herd kaputt. Haben diesbezüglich den Vermieter sowohl auf WhatsApp als auch auf Booking geschrieben und bis heute keine Antwort bekommen (schlechte Kommunikation!). Außerdem gab es einen Typen, der eigentlich irgendwie verantwortlich war und dort mit gewohnt hat, aber sehr unmotiviert und unhöflich war. Wir haben uns seinetwegen immer weniger wohl gefühlt... Insgesamt kann ich die Unterkunft somit leider nicht empfehlen!

Ich habe über 50min lang versucht in das Zimmer zu kommen, obwohl ich die Unterkunft kontaktiert hatte, kam erst nach über 30min eine nachricht; eine Person sollte mir dann am telefon helfen, die Tipps haben mir auch nicht geholfen. Es war 20uhr abends und ich musste mir notgedrungen nach 1,5h Probieren eine andere Unterkunft suchen. Ich hatte Mehrkosten von 40€ + keine Erstattung bekommen und niemand hat auf die Erstattung reagiert.

C'était très sale, le lit est cassé, un gars m'a surpris devant ma porte en sortant de la chambre, il me disait qu'il est venu réparer le lit, mais en fait il l'a fait sortir de la chambre vers 20h30, imaginez je suis resté debout pendant presque une heure le temps de démonter le lit. Je suis dormi sur un matelas posé par terre. Le chauffage, le réfrigérateur et la cuisinière ne fonctionne pas tous.
Une deuxième fois, qlqn a ouvert la porte, j'étais entrain de prier, il a dit "sorry", une fois je suis sorti je n'ai trouvé personne. Je suis resté cloué, frustré car je me suis senti en insécurité. C'était une nuit terrible.

There were not enough instructions to find the hotel, and when I tried to contact the host, I received no response until the last minute. I constantly had to ask other people for help. Even the residents of the building were complaining about the same issue.

When I finally managed to contact the host, they told me where the key was, but I could not find it. I spent around half an hour waiting while they tried to figure out where the key was, and eventually they directed me to a different room.

The room itself was clean, but the bed was broken. I reported the issue, but I never received a response. As a result, I had a very uncomfortable night’s sleep on a broken bed.

There was also no toilet paper in the toilets, and the bathroom was not sufficiently clean.

Allereerst liep de communicatie heel moeizaam. We kregen pas de code en instructies een half uur na dat we mochten inchecken. Wanneer we daar voor contact probeerde opnemen kwam er geen antwoord.
Daarnaast rook ons beddengoed alsof het niet gewassen was en was er maar voor 1 persoon gedekt hoewel we hadden aangegeven dat we met 2 waren. Daarnaast was de overtrek ook vol met plekken.
De badkamer was onhygiënisch en had schimmel.
De 2de dag dat wij daar waren was er ook geen wc-papier.
Als laatste was er tussen onze kamer en een andere kamer alleen een deur aanwezig, je hoorde dus alles van de andere kamer.

The owner is never there and if you have any problems there's no one who can help you. I came 5 minutes after 22 hrs and the building's door was close and I had to wait 45 minutes for someone to open it.

Wanneer je deur achter je dicht valt als je even naar het toilet op de gang gaat en je herinnert je de code van de deurknop niet meer en je mobiel ligt binnen heb je een groot probleem, ik schreef hem gelukkig onmiddelijk op mijn arm met ballpoint. Het appartement is onvindbaar zonder contact via mobiele telefoon, nergens bordjes.

Lacks a bit of the human touch. Everything was just communicated via What’s App. There was no one who greets you and showed you around the place to orientate you on where things are and what are the common areas or items that can be shared. I didn’t even know where the toilets and bathroom were when I first checked in, or where the fridge was, could I put any food that I bought inside it, or make my own tea or coffee in the morning….had to figure these out for myself. I am not sure if this is typical of Austrian/German brand of hospitality, being aloof and a little distant. The room is one of the smallest I have been in, so far in my travels, but it was decent and comfortable.
