Pros:

Location and facilities but sadly not this time.

Cons:

Last time we came we were able to use all of the facilities, bar, bingo, karaoke and breakfast with our. This all changed this time as we couldn't take our dogs with us for any of the above. Most annoying being breakfast, what are you supposed to do with your dog at breakfast? I would have no problem with any of this if we had been told before booking and were not charged the same for the dogs. Shame, won't be coming again.

The exit doors

Cons:

The bedroom the breakfast. That I hit a parking ticket outside the front of the building whilst I was taking our belongings into reception. Also we had to leave after the first night with a bad stomach bug

Pros:

Place was filthy and run down didn't stay for the 2 nights I paid wouldn't say anything positive

Cons:

Dirty noisy rude staff windows broken whole place was run down bed was so hard bathroom wasn't fit for purpose

Cleanliness of the room, and areas in the hotel, very out dated and a lot of people just loitering around the reception area which was very intimidating (seemed like immigrants).
