Personeel heel vriendelijk, accommodatie vond ik slecht.
Pros:

De locatie was prima, midden in het centrum eigenlijk naast de parachtige kathedraal. En gezellige terrasjes.

Cons:

De kamer, de badkamer heel sumier en erg klein.

Séjour très agréable, très bien situé.
Pros:

J'ai beaucoup aimé la tapisserie avec les musiciens médiévaux ! Hôtel très calme et peu bruyant. Lit confortable.Je n'ai manqué de rien. Accueil très aimable. Séjour agréable !

Cons:

La moquette bleue de l'entrée vraiment passée, fait très mauvais effet en arrivant surtout le soir. Sinon la porte de la salle de bain qui ne reste pas fermée sauf quand le loquet est fermé de l'intérieur, c'est embêtant.

Perfect location for tourists in Toulouse
Pros:

The view of the church was great. Breakfast was very good. The staff gave a bottle of champagne to our children who were getting engaged, that was very generous and sweet

Cons:

The powder room next to the dining room is too small for comfortable use

Bon choix pour visiter Toulouse
Pros:

L'emplacement avec chambre face à la basilique St Sernin, la possibilité de bénéficier d'un emplacement au parking, le bon buffet de petit-déjeuner.

Ubicación excelente, relación calidad-precio mejorable
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, la cama muy cómoda y, sobre todo, quiero destacar la amabilidad del recepcionista, que hizo la estancia mucho más agradable.

Cons:

Las instalaciones se ven un poco antiguas, el ascensor es muy pequeño y la moqueta de la entrada hacia recepción está bastante desgastada. El precio me pareció elevado para un hotel de tres estrellas y en general la relación calidad-precio no fue buena.

Mitten in der Großstadt, direkt bei einer der schönsten, romanischen Kirchen Frankreichs.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr angenehm und hatte Blick auf Saint Sernin. Die Lage mitten in der Stadt ist wunderbar, das Hotel selbst ein ruhiges Haus, angenehm auch in der Hitze, die draußen herrschte.

Cons:

Die Parkplatznot. Es ist besser nach Toulouse ohne Auto zu kommen.
