Les gens de l’accueil incompétents et inefficaces
La serrure de la porte a été bloqué. Le problème a été résolu après nombreuses aller retour avec la dame de l’accueil incompétente et une intervention de serrurier.
les croissants durs comme des pierres
Nous étions deux et avons demandé à plusieurs reprises deux serviettes de bains qui n’ont jamais été donné. Il a fallut demander des dizaines de fois avant de les obtenir.
Les carreaux de la salle de bain qui avait des crottes de nez séchées dessus ce qui ne nous a absolument pas rassurés quant au ménage.
Le barman a essayé de vendre une canette de bière à 2200 tng alors qu’il été à 1500 sur la carte sous un prétexte que la carte n’est pas à jour.

Helt ok.
Pros:

Det var helt ok hotell. Den största fördelen är läget med gång avstånd till centrum och LRT-stationen. Det var även trevlig och behjälplig personal överallt på hotellet.

Cons:

Frukosten var helt ok dock väldigt fattigt utbud gällande val av frukt och bröd. Jag kan absolut förstå att det finns vissa kulturella skillnader gällande frukost i Asien och Europa men jag har högre förväntningar på frukostbuffen på ett hotell med 4-stjärnor. Vårt badrum var sliten med trasiga duschblandare som inte satt fast i väggen. Man får en känsla att det inte investeras i underhåll av rummen.
