Pros:

В целом когда-то хорошая гостиница, удобные и комфортные номера, хорошее местоположение.

Cons:

Проблема в управлении гостиницей. Явно, есть сложности в менеджменте.
Завтраки скудные и качество продуктов желает лучшего. Были 4 ночи, после двух завтраков решили ходить завтракать в соседнее кафе. При заселении (позднем заселении) были влажные простыни и пододеяльники. Целая история была поменять недосушенное белье.

Расположение, номер, интерьер.

Cons:

Персонал не был способен решить проблему, которую сам создал.
Подтвердили ранний заезд в номер, обозначили стоимость, но во время заезда ночью пришлось искать другую гостиницу, так как номеров не оказалось.

Останавливаюсь не первый раз, хороший отель, все необходимое есть.

Cons:

Странно, но у меня с самого начала были полотенца не свежие, как будто ими пользовались, я попросила заменить, на что получила отказ, так как горничных уже нет.
На следующий день их также не поменяли.
