快適でした！
Pros:

朝食が思いがけずビュッフェで嬉しかったです！またスタッフの方は皆さんすごく親切で快適に過ごせました。
またナイロビに来る際はリピすると思います。

大きいモールにも近いです！

Pros:

Staff , Herbert from the reception and the security guard were amazing , super decent and so helpful

Cons:

Not clean , lack of facilities, room phone and safe were not working . There was no fridge in the room. Maintenance were making noise in all rooms

Pros:

I stayed at this hotel during my first night in Kenya, and it was a very smooth experience. The staff were warm and helpful, especially the driver, who went out of his way to assist me with mobile payments and online bookings when I was still figuring out how things worked locally. He even helped me purchase a train ticket online using cash I gave him. The hotel itself feels relatively new and was very quiet during my stay — there were only two guests that night, so the atmosphere was peaceful. The rooms are spacious. They also offer airport pickup, which was a great help for a first-time arrival. Highly recommend for travelers who want a calm and well-supported start to their Kenya trip.

C’était exceptionnel
Pros:

Le personnel est accueillant, à l’écoute et au petit soin

Cons:

Le fait qu’il n’y ait pas de frigidaire dans la chambre et la sonnette de la chambre qui est trop forte. Aussi le fait que les chambres soient nettoyées à midi au lieu du matin.
