The room was lovely, the bathroom was spotless and the shower was hot and powerful. The staff were helpful and polite. There is a 50 pound deposit to pay on arrival, but goes straight back onto your card after a quick room check on departure. An all round pleasant stay
Not having coffee and tea facilities in the room for the morning, but it was a clean comfortable stay

Unexpected fire alam in the middle of the night
Environment and the closeness to the public amenities

Location was good for me
A bit of outside noise as my bedroom window was beside the road
Close to railway station and centre of town.
My room was very small and no facility to make drinks - however there is a communal kitchen where drinks and food can be prepared.
The whole place is clean snd comfortable
I like it 100%
I liked the room and the location. Everything was clean and well organised. Please keep in mind that this is not a five-star hotel and may not be as comfortable as your own home, but it is quite comfortable for an overnight stay. Overall, it offers good value for money.
Because my stay was on a Saturday night, there were clubs, pubs, and parties taking place all around the hotel. Unfortunately, there were people shouting and making a lot of noise outside my window throughout the night, which made it difficult to sleep. The noise finally died down around 7:00 a.m. Ironically, just as I managed to fall asleep, the nearby Kings Church began its Sunday morning service. However, instead of being woken by more shouting, I woke up to the sound of beautiful live hymns. One of them was a favourite of mine: "Count Your Blessings." It was certainly an unusual way to start a Sunday morning after a sleepless night! If you are staying on a weekend and are sensitive to noise, it may be worth requesting a quieter room.
